As compared to other colleges they are offering more relevant options Curriculum is quite decent Course is very academic centric Teaching methods is very traditional need to involve modern tool and effective teaching

Placement it's all depends upon u how much u r doing hardwork. We know that not everyone get placements there will be some students who will get placements so count yourself in those students u will definitely get placements and try doing different activities during your college like internships etc . Definitely u will get placements

The course as you would know is a very popular course among commerce background students. I always was interested in Economics and maths therefore I chose this course. The course is tough but the exams are not very tough to pass.

You become eligible to sit for placements in your 5th Semester usually. Only a handful of companies come and some companies even ask for money like 100rs to sit for placements. I don't think the highest package was more than 3.5 LPA. Placements are few and I'd say there's only a 30% chance of getting placed by the college. You'll have a better chance of securing a job on your own. Research and risk were two categories that are most likely to get you a job. I am working in the risk department in an MNC and found the job on my own.

As Kamala Nehru College is one of the renowned college of Delhi University i joined it. And i chose Delhi University as everybody knows how this impacts a personality. I opted for Economics Hons. as i love economics. In 12th i scored 99 so i thought i would do good in this subject.

Proximity to home, among the top colleges for economics in India, good faculty, good cafeteria, amazing peer group, girls college meant no restriction on dressing, well connected with metro station and autos availability
