- Our college infrastructure is better than other off campus colleges. It has a big auditorium which can easily accommodate 150 to 200 at once. Also has a library which consists 3 floors of books available on every genre.
- I like the 2022-2023 student union. It conducted overall good fest, campaigns and internship/ job drives. It also helped freshers a lot.
Dislikes
- College doesn’t support performing societies well enough. The ECAs are usually not accepted by the teachers.
- Although they have introduced new infrastructure but they have taken up a lot of space from the college ground which in turn affects the societies and sport teams
Placement Experience:
5th sem students become eligible for campus placements. They can choose to work with NGOs or MNCs if approved. On and average 250-300 students are offered a placement from 1000 to 1200 students. It is up to the student to take or leave the job offered to them. The average package that our college student gets offered is between 3.5L to 4L per annum. My plans after getting the degree is to inculcate hard and soft skills to get higher placements and opportunities.

Students become eligible from semester 5 for campus placement that is in their final year. Few major companies like EY, KPMG etc are the one which comes. Around 20-30 companies usually come for placement but this number has increased in the last 2 years

In there is an active placement cell that keeps on notifying students about upcoming job opportunities, internships as well as scholarships. Students start preparing for the placement in the 5th semester.

The average package is 3LPA. Around 100 companies come every year and almost 60 per cent of students get placed through college placement,

The highest package is offered by INR 8..1lakh annually and many profiles are offered such as auditer, business development manager, financial analyst etc.

Students become eligible for placements in their final year. Usually, about 20-30 companies offer placements that are course-related. Most of them are content, marketing and corporate roles. It would be better if roles from the journalism and publishing sector were also offered. My plans after the degree were to pursue Masters in Journalism from an International University and therefore I didn't sit for the placements. A point of concern was that sometimes placement dates were too close to examination dates and I think it would be better if this could be moved either before or after so that students can prepare adequately for both.

Only the students who completed 5 semesters are eligible for the Campus Placements. Private Companies come to take interviews for the jobs. Interviews in the form of Group Discussions or personal interviews take place. There is a placement cell of the college named Prospicio that aims at providing students with training and professional opportunities during their academic year. The recruiters include- Ernst and Young, Google, IACT Global, Protivity, Oberoi Group of Hotels, Zomato, Rio Tinto, and IBN7. Students are placed in some companies like Wipro and Tresvista, etc. The average salary package for the year seems to be approximately INR 3,50,000 for all profiles, with the highest pay being offered by Tresvista of 6 Lakh.

Students are eligible for placements in the last year of graduation. About 15 companies provided a range of jobs for different degrees. The highest package was around 7 lakhs while the loss was approximately 3.5 lakhs.

The Placement cell of Kamala Nehru college is very active and regularly comes with placement opportunities. Students from the final year become eligible for placements. The placement cell brings a good number of job positions and profiles to students. Several reputed and renowned companies like Wipro, Zomato, BYJU's do visit the campus every year. The average package of the college remains around INR 3 Lacs per annum and the highest package can go up to INR 8 Lacs per annum. Moreover, the percentage of students getting placement is around 20% of the applicants, which is a good number. My further plans after my degree involve pursuing a master's degree in the commerce field.
