RVCE Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

From 4th sem students become eligible for placements. There are some who get placed at 4th itself. As per my branch Qualcomm nvidia Intel texas instruments etc.92 lakhs is highest and 10 is the avg. 60 to 80 per cent students get placed. I am interested in working with ISRO

The placement for RVCE is really good like people choose this college only for placements and even for the lower branches like civil , iem placements are good . The exposure of this college towards companies are also really good , like top mnc comes to the college for reqriutemnt.

Students become eligible form 6th semesters Average placements of RV college of engineering is 40 lakh per anum and highest till date is 96 lakh per anum . Percentage of students getting placements is above 8.5

Campus Placements are great. Most of the students get placed by they are in mid third year. Companies like Microsoft, SAP, Fivetran are top paying companies that visit the campus. More than 90% of students get placed by the end of their course. Highest packages offered are in the 60-70 LPA range offered by Microsoft and Fivetran this year. The placement drive starts from 4 th semester onwards and many students get their PPO during their internships itself.

The number of courses are vast and not really up to date but students have the option to explore every branch for ex like an electronics student can take up mechanical or civil as one subject to go with as electives

In our department also our HOD will always conduct many programs and webinars about placements, training, etc. to improve our communication skills either offline or online. I chose this course because now AI is being integrated into every field. So we can use AI and make our work easier. Our department also gives opportunities for extracurricular activities and sports. For that also we will get activity points. In our branch, by the third semester, only placement opportunities will come, and also in the first semester only we can do an internship. For that also our faculties will provide us with information.

I hope the placement is 90% guarantee in this college. Rest of things we should concentrate on our efforts and hard work. 85% of the students are getting placements.

• Highest package is 80 lakh per annum, lowest package is 8-10 lakh per annum.

After getting my degree my plan is to start business if I won't get placements.

Placements are as you expect from this college theyre really good there has been many top companies that visit this collefe such as oracle microsoft amazon wtc highest package was 52 lpa from cse stream usually over 80% of the students gets placed

Placements are very good here a number of good companies as I think more than 200 companies visit each year. Mainly Cs, Is and EC people have a very high placement level but other branches like mech, civil and others also getcore companies for their placements. As I am from ec many good companies like Phips, Nvidea, Anoog Devices, and Texas Instruments. Come for the placements and have an average placement of 15 lac.

In Information Science Department, courses are added and removed based on the scheme and a particular teacher will handle it. Usually the courses are up to date including the latest technologies like NLP, AIML , Information Retreival etc. We also have electives (global as well as local)to help pursue our interests.
