honest review from a 1st semester student from another state .

so basically for the first year they have divided the course as physics cycle and chemistry cycle. After the 2nd semester the students are allowed to change there courses if they want to . They also practice towards output based learning and experimential learning

The internship itself starts from the 5th semester i.e 3rd year and students get internships and good stipends also . This is a pros for this college that students are getting internships and PPO i.e the pre placement offer .

The placement for RVCE is really good like people choose this college only for placements and even for the lower branches like civil , iem placements are good . The exposure of this college towards companies are also really good , like top mnc comes to the college for reqriutemnt.

so i opted this college by Comedk Quota , where i have paid 281000 as tution fees for the first year and they asked for a DD of 32100 as skill lab fees and VTU (visvesvarya technological university ) fees . apart from this if you are staying in hostel then you have to pay 155000 per year . The 32100 DD is only one time payment.

The clubs of this college is aslo really good and has soo many opportunities.people here are friendly and social aslo . The campus life is overall good and it lacks some of the sports infrastructure but they are renovating buildings and making new buildings aslo , they said it will be ready in 3 to 4 months .

The hostel facilities of this college is not good like they only had 250 beds and students are more . They have made a new hostel 3 kms away from college and have bus facilities but it takes 20 mins to travel by bus . Students go for the pg's near college which is a better option for saving time .

soo basically i gave the jee mains paper and was getting the lower gftis and lower nits . i also gave the comedk paper and was getting the top college of bangalore so i took the college. this college was my plan B . there is no comparison between nits iits bits and rvce but the thing is that it is better than uni like LPU , TIET , banette , Amity etc .

The faculty of RVCE are really good in behaviour and soo much corporative. They will always help you with your academics and will motivate you towards your goal wether it is higher studies or optiong for placements. They also have counsellors for the day to day problems of each student's.
