Faculties - very supportive and helpful. the way each faculty teaches the students was v much better than expected.
The fee structure is low enough to ensure inclusivity, and provide quality education to everyone. on top of that scholarships are also provided based on merit and socioeconomic criterias to further aid the students in financial and monetary aspects.
Eligibility for the course was good marks in class 12th and the student must've studied commerce in class 12th you can find application forms on the du official website.

Dislikes

Placement is also not very good but the Return on investment is good
Management is also not good like sometimes we don't know to select course or how to give back exams.
no shops nearby college and is at an isolated place from market

Brief Overview of Delhi College of Arts and Commerce

Likes

College life is really relaxed no pressure as such
The Crowd of Delhi college of Arts and commerce is quite good
The society makes the college more alive and happening

Dislikes

The campus of delhi college of arts and commerce is small as compared to regular college of Delhi University
The attendance system is not rigid but in few class its mandatory for 67%
The college is quite rigid for its fest and event because college happens to be in defense area

Placement Experience:

The campus placement is going quiet well Delhi college of arts and commerce has its own Placement Cell called Broad way and a consulting wing So they bring quite good placements recently kpmg and ey offered placement to our 3rd year graduates and the result were pretty positive

Dcac'21 - bcom course review

Likes

I liked the infrastructure of college, location of college is peaceful, however lack of hostel facility.
All the Faculty are very supportive and helpful.
College placement cell are very active, other college committees are active too

Dislikes

Lack of hostel facility make it costly for outside Delhi students.
Nearest metro station is bhikaji kama, either you need to walk for 15 min to reach to metro station, however autos are there running between metro and clg.

Placement Experience:

All 2nd and 3rd year Students can apply for internship opportunities, for the placement all last semester students are eligible. College have decent placement opportunities. Also practice workshop for interview and GD round.

the best thing about my collage that i have found the best part is the crowed it offers , in my believe dcac has like the best crowed
and to meet and work with excellent crowed you have absolutely great societys
the faculty of my collage also very good

Dislikes

the infra structure of our collages is one of the negetive parts

Course Curriculum Overview:

keeping in mind the indian education system , the curriculum is pretty average ,but they are tying to inprove it and make it more relivent by the introduction of new education policy, though the exams are very easy

Firstly, College Infrastructure is very nice and soothing to me.
Secondly, I love the tasty food of my college canteen.
Thirdly, my college not only focuses on academic area but also provide good sports facility.

Dislikes

The academic standard is not as expected
The sports facilities are also not very good
The college infrastructure is also very poor

Placement Experience:

From 3rd year 5th semester students are eligible for Campus Placements. Some companies that provide placement are KPMG,Deloitte etc. The highest package that my college offers is 1200000 and on the other hand, average package is 300000. Only 5 percent students are availed to placement opportunities.

The crowd of college is very good , intelligent, creative and have a great hunger of success. The crowd of our comes from very much diverse background propels the establishment of melting pot in the college.
The faculty of some courses is world class like commerce, journalism and economics.
The college societies are very active and some them are Enactus which is the best society of college.

Dislikes

The placement of the college is not upto the mark.
The college is far from the main campus leading to decrease in social interaction and college life fun.
The infrastructure of college is very bad but girls to boys ratio is nearly 1:1.

Bcom Program which is my course is very easy and easy to pass . So I would suggest everyone to pursue professional courses together likhe cfa , ca , cma etc with their graduation to succeed in life because we only live once and we only love once.

Review of South Campus College - DCAC

Likes

Teachers are well qualified and their teaching methods are pragmatic
Seniors are friendly and always ready to help.
Seminars and Talk shows are organised evey now and then.

Dislikes

Most of the time, classes are canceled without prior notice
Infrastructure is mediocre and there is no dedicated sports ground for different sports.
College doesn't encourage students to pursue professional courses along with graduation

Placement Experience:

The college offered an average package of 4.2LPA last year and the highest package was 10LPA for Bcom. Companies like KPMG India, Wipro, Google visit the college for placements. In 2021-22 , 190 students secured college placements from DCAC.

place ment starts during final year of college and around 80% of student who join placement cell do get placed in companies i have not joined placement cell but my friend who have good cgpa and participated in college societies do get easy 5-6 lpa name of companies can be seen in our college website and you can get all info there and yes placement process is fully transparent from interview to offer letter all are fair procedure

The Short Preview of DCAC, DU

Likes

The crowd of the college is very good from diverse background
The faculty of the college is also one of the things to highlight
Societies and extra curricular activities

Dislikes

Infrastructure of the college is very poor and campus is also very small although we get all the necessities
Placement is also not very good but the Return on investment is good
No fests since, the college is located in very porsh area we don't get permission for fests.

Placement Experience:

Our college offers on campus placement opportunity companies like KPMG, EY, PWC, Bechtel, cognizant, Genpect, DE shaw a comes for the hiring on campus average package of our college is around 5 LPA although it is not a very big number but ROI is great.

The activities beside studies like games and all

Library was very good with fully air conditioning and all the books available

From 5th semester we became eligible for the placement and placement agencies start comming to college company that visited college were among the big 4 which includes kpmg and others many of my friends got selected

Likes

I think this college has the best environment and best seniors. Also academically it's one of the best college in south campus.
The societies in this college are the most active ones in whole delhi university

Dislikes

The infrastructure might be a little downgrade to the college as there aren't very big playgrounds etc
Sports of this college isn't well renowned so if you're a sportsperson this college isn't recommended

Placement Experience:

The placements of this college is midiocre which ranges between 4lacs to 4.8 lacs per annum Second and third semester students gets eligible to placements Companies such as Amazon, infosis, Wipro, etc. visited this college for making offers My plan after getting the degree is to pursue masters degree in journalism or go for an MBA

Here is a brief review of the Delhi College of Arts and Commerce.

It has a good infrastructure. The library is fully automated. There are over 56538 books. You will also have access to e-resources.
The sports facilities offered are quite good. There are well-maintained and specious sports courts for Basket Ball, Volleyball, Football, etc.
The faculty at DCAC is quite good. They are well-qualified and have years of experience in teaching.
BROADWAY is the placement cell of DCAC. It works with the aim of establishing a good institute and industry interface. Students of the institute have been placed in major companies like E&Y, L&T, ICICI Prudential, Genpact, etc.
There are many prestigious student development societies like ENACTUS DCAC, VYAPAAR, LEHAR, Clicks - the photography club.
The annual feast of the institute is known as AMBROSIA.
