I chose this course because I wanted to prepare for UPSC and By opting BA Programme in History & Political Science it helped me a lot in clearing all the basic knowledge of the subjects. The faculty Student ratio was 100:1 or 60:1 sometimes because of the extra strength of students. All the faculty members are well-qualified Ph.D. scholars. But their teaching methods are not as per the expectations of the Delhi University north campus faculty. Because of the covid era, we gave open book examinations in our 1st and 3rd semesters which was more than easy.

I chose this course because I am going to opt for government services. My batch has an equal ratio when it comes to girls and boys. Most of the teachers are well-known in DU and have a huge knowledge of their subjects

I was a humanity student so I decided to take admission in BA program at Deen Dyal Upadhyaya college. The faculty in this college was good and the student ratio was average. The teaching methods were good. Exams were semester-wise. Every student has to give exams after 6 months.

Students from 5 to semester are eligible for placement in my college. Various multinational companies like Ey, Deloitte, PWC, de shaw, etc The percentage of students getting placed is around 50 percent. I will go for higher studies.

Placement is not very good for art students provided by the college like but for the other courses students are getting a very good placement and internships to enhance their lives around 60% of students get internships and jobs. Many top rated companies offer jobs in college.

From the 3rd year onwards, students are eligible for placements. Some of the leading companies like Wipro, Ernst and Young, ICICI Bank, Royal Bank of Scotland, and Bajaj Capital through campus placement drives. The highest package offers is 4 lpa and the lowest is around 1lpa. The average is 2.5 lpa. Almost every student gets an internship though. My plan after getting the degree is to pursue higher studies. 30% of students do get placed.

As I already mentioned earlier I want to prepare for civil services that is why I chose this subject. I also love political science and I think history is actually one of the important subjects to prepare for civil services. College offers nine undergraduate honors courses, various bachelor program courses, and add-on language courses. There are 94 permanent, 18 guests, and 35 temporary faculty members. The student strength is 2531. The teacher-pupil ratio is 1:18. Teachers are mostly experienced and really good with their subjects but there are some teachers who can just change their methods of teaching otherwise they are also good. Exams are tough but not tough, I mean I can't say if they are tough or not but you should be attentive in your classes and through with topics and syllabus.

Placement for our course is too low due to our course many students are going for higher studies and some are preparing for govt exams other courses have high placement like BMS and other overall average packages is 4 lakhs per annum.

Less facility of campus facility but there is an internship program running by the college for your better future and lots of society which are thinking about your future plan and prepare you for your better future.

Delhi University is among the top universities of india,It is highly reputed and admission are based on merit bases so only high scoring students could get admission into it. Also the Deen Dayal Upadhyay college is one of the best college of india it scored 15 rank pan India in NIRF college rankings.
