NEET 2026 Last Minute Preparation Tips for Tomorrow
Focus only on quick revision, stay relaxed, and make sure all exam-day essentials are ready for May 3, 2026.
- Do not study new chapters tonight. Candidates are advised to only revise NCERT highlights, formula sheets, and mnemonic notes.
- Solve one mock test or a previous year paper only if it boosts confidence. If solving papers the night before the exam can increase anxiety, candidates are advised to refrain from doing so.
- Focus on Biology (Botany + Zoology) as it carries 360 marks out of 720 and is the highest-scoring section.
- Sleep for at least 7–8 hours tonight to avoid fatigue that can significantly reduce recall and reading speed in the exam.
- Keep the exam centre address, route, and travel plan confirmed tonight. Do not leave it for the morning.
- Ensure that you follow the NTA-prescribed dress code to avoid spending excess time in security checks and screening.
