Once you have both documents ready, use the NEET marking scheme to calculate your estimated marks.

• NEET 2026 has 180 total questions carrying a maximum of 720 marks. Each correct answer gets +4 marks and each wrong answer carries a penalty of -1 mark.
• If a candidate attempts 150 questions and gets 130 correct and 20 wrong, the raw score is (130 x 4) - (20 x 1) = 500 marks.
• Biology (Botany + Zoology) carries the highest weightage with 90 questions worth 360 marks. Scoring well in Biology is the single biggest factor in your NEET raw score.
