  2. Read the instructions and click Proceed to Apply Online
  3. Enter your name, date of birth, email address and mobile number

  2. Enter personal details: full name, date of birth, gender, nationality and category

After Submitting the NEET 2027 Application

Submitting a fee-paid form is not the end of the process. Keep track of the following steps after your application goes through:

  • Confirmation page: Download it immediately after fee payment and store a printed copy alongside the payment receipt
  • Application correction window (expected January 2027): NTA opens a limited window to fix errors in name, category, photograph, exam city, or date of birth — use it if you spot any mistake in your submitted form
  • Exam city intimation: NTA sends exam city information to your registered email and posts it on the portal before the admit card is released — confirm your city as soon as it is announced
  • Admit card (expected April–May 2027): Download it from neet.ntaneet.nic.in using your Application Number and password; carry a printed copy with a valid photo ID to the exam hall
  • Result and counselling: After the exam, your NEET score and All India Rank (AIR) will determine your eligibility for seat allotment in 15% All India Quota seats through MCC counselling and 85% state quota seats through state authorities
