Some Basic Concepts of Chemistry, Atomic Structure, Chemical Thermodynamics, Some p-Block Elements, Organic Compounds Containing Nitrogen, Polymers, Environmental Chemistry and a few more topics have been deleted from the NEET Chemistry syllabus.

Several topics from both Class 11 and Class 12 Chemistry have been deleted, removing topics from physical, inorganic and organic chemistry as well as environmental chemistry.

About 8-10% of the chemistry syllabus was deleted in 2025. No new topic has been added to the syllabus of NEET 2026, and the NEET 2026 syllabus has not yet been officially released. However, NEET 2025 had some changes in the syllabus.
