Review of IIITDMJ. An Institute with excellent opportunities.

Likes

Placements scenario of this college as various companies visit the campus
Greenary of the campus is good and peaceful place to stay

Dislikes

Less connectivity. Located at outskirts of the city
College doesn't have a proper entrance gate
Mess menu doesn't include varaity of recipes

Placement Experience:

Placements of this college are excellent. A wide range of companies visit this campus to hire the students. More than 90%of the students are getting placed in the placement period. From 7th semester students become eligible for campus placements.

Among all the other things I liked the mess timing and mess food
I also liked the indoor games infrastructure of the institute
My institute is situated near jungle area so I liked the wildlife which I can see their

Dislikes

One thing I disliked most about my institute that'sthere is lack of sanitation
In my college there is lack of transport facility to the city jabalpur
Sometimes during night there are many tentative powercuta

Course Curriculum Overview:

I got a decent rank in jee mains so I've got a decent amount of options for courses in which I want to pursue my career in so I always wanted to pursue my career in computer science because it's my passion and there is a lot of scope in computer science and faculty in my college are pretty friendly and there is pretty impressive faculty to student ratio. The faculties are helpful.

Likes

Very good curriculum. Industry based things are in include in syllabus.
On campus, nature, nature everywhere. It feels great to breath in fresh air.
Coding culture of iiitdmj is one of the finest all over India.

Dislikes

Some days mess food is not upto mark. Food remains kind of half cooked. Only some days.
Whole campus sucks when things come to the personal internet access. You will find some days when your internet is not working anywhere.
Sometimes lan connection is cut without prior information or it is broken.

Placement Experience:

From the third year, students are eligible for various internships. In the final year, they become eligible for full-time job opportunities. Big companies like Amazon, Goldman Sachs, Infosys, cred, Samsung, and many more visit for placement opportunities. In 2023, the highest package offered is 82 lakhs per annum with the average being 21.60 lakhs per annum. After getting the degree, join a reputed firm and get a decent to great placement. I don't think too much about the future.

Experience is good till now .campus beauty is too good
Faculty overall are best and they know basics knowledge to advanced knowledge of their subject
Placement is so awesome you will get opportunity to upgrade your skills

Placement Experience:

The placement of our college is very good. In the year 2022 highest package comes from the exe branch which is 83 lpa and the average package for the whole btech batch is 23 lpa. Placement opportunities include on-campus placement and internship.

The greenery here is awesome taking a walk in campus in evening is great experience
The faculties are really good they will listen to you and answer to your problem in between lectures
Placements of my branch cse are really good .

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements from the 7th semester. Companies visited are Amazon, Flipkart, calming, Microsoft, Accenture and many other companies. More than 350 job offers have been made. The highest package offered is 52 lakhs and the average package is 25 lpa A total of 88.17 per cent of students get placed. My plan is to get placed in a big mnc.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Nothing special, Just wanted to become a software developer, yeah but I do like coding and development. The faculty here is good. Some are very good at teaching while some look like teach just for money. Almost all are NIT, IIT, and IIIT graduates. The academic pressure here is a lot. It's difficult to score good grades while managing coding and other activities. Effort and discipline are required to maintain CPI as well as coding skills.

Everything About IIITDMJ !

Likes

The campus is green and the environment here is amazing. .
Good alumni network. With people working in diverse fields
Very cool people, amazing faculty and seniors with a lot of experience

Dislikes

Hard academic which hamper grades and mental peace
Less co curriculars which create a dull atmosphere
Mess food which is not very tasty and not hygiene as well

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is pretty hectic here at IIITDMJ. We have a lot of courses in various fields. Also, we have an opportunity to choose some of our preferred courses here among the Open elective courses. The faculties are good and everyone has a deep knowledge and understanding of their subjects. The Faculty-student ratio is nearly 1:100.

the placement here is very good and i hope i would also get a good job
sports facility here is great it involves all the sports you could think of
the course which they teach us is very relatable

Dislikes

the mess food would be improved a little bit
this college is far from the city which creates some problem
the daily routine of this college gives headache

Placement Experience:

there is in-campus placement available we big company gives an offer to the students here and we could also get an internship chance there is a 90% chance that I would get placement in a well-known company with a high-paying job.

Coding culture is good enough as it is one of the best iiit

Placement Experience:

From 3rd semester students become eligible for placement. Some companies visited are ola, Amazon, Nvidia, etc. The highest for 2023 passout batch is 1.2 crore and the average is 21-22lpa. Percentage placement is 84% for ece students. My plans for getting the degree are to get placement and have a well-settled career with my girlfriend.

The coding culture of college is very good.
Curriculum is very helpful in gate exam alsi.
Campus is full of greenery and pollution less.

Dislikes

Campus infrastructure is not well designed.
Campus is situated very far from city so you lack so facilities on time.

Placement Experience:

On-campus placement is very good. Avg, package of the ECE branch is 21lpa. Almost 95% of eligible students get placed. highest package this year was 1.2cr. Approx. 100 companies visit campus offering 300+ job opportunities.
