Course Curriculum Overview

Nothing special, Just wanted to become a software developer, yeah but I do like coding and development. The faculty here is good. Some are very good at teaching while some look like teach just for money. Almost all are NIT, IIT, and IIIT graduates. The academic pressure here is a lot. It's difficult to score good grades while managing coding and other activities. Effort and discipline are required to maintain CPI as well as coding skills.

Class Size: 120Course Fees: INR 65000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure is high for general Categories. Caste-based and Merit-based Scholarships are available only for those students whose fathers had incomes below 6 lakhs per annum. There are not many intern opportunities available for students. So you need to find it by yourself only.

Campus Life

There are a lot of clubs in College. Both sports and cultural clubs are very active. They organize events from time to time which keeps the campus life fun and exciting. Tarang is the Cultural fest that is organized every year although due to the pandemic college was not able to organize it from this year onwards Tarang is back! but academic pressure is there which may restrict the student from enjoying campus life fully.

Hostel Facilities

The infrastructure of the hostel is well-built. LAN port is provided in each room. Gyms and Canteen are available inside the Hostels. Laundry and shoe repair facilities are available(cost is not included). Water coolers are available.

Hostel Fee: INR 11000 per year

Admission

One must secure under 15000 rank in the JEE MAINS Exam to secure a seat in the CSE branch of IIITDM Jabalpur. It's a well-known exam for engineering students, and Application forms usually appear at the end of November. You can find the application form on the official website of Jee Mains.

Average placements, Good infrastructure and Good placements

Placement Experience:

I think for 7th and 8th semister students are eligible for the campus placements. The companies like tcs, Amazon, Capgemini, D mart and etc and some other companies. The highest package is about 8 lacs and the lowest package around 2 lacs. The good number of students are placed in the college and like 20 to 40 percentage students have placed in college placements. After getting this degree I will try for a job or I will go for master's.

Life at OIST, Bhopal

Placement Experience:

In our college, placements take place in the final year of the course. By 7th semester, students are eligible to sit for placements. The placement opportunities are quite decent, an average package consists of 5 - 6 LPA every year. Several companies visit our campus like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Capgemini, Cisco, etc. Now, startups also started to visit for placements. Highest package has been 72 LPA, and every year in off campus as well, many students achieve high package like 8 - 12 LPA. Nearly 70% of students gets placed, also some students has other plans for their future. About me, I think of going for placements in my final year for which I have started preparation.

Excellent college and unbeatable placement

Placement Experience:

After 10th semester the student are available for campus placement Cap Gemini kpit Amazon apple and Google and many other companies are visited in my call is the average package of my college is 6 lakh and the highest package of my colleges 50 lakh about 17% students are getting of placement plan in the student a job is in the Google company average salary from reviews include that the average salary can be low despite Google placement are management of few reviews point out that the management is not always a student focused and from spectrum of the colleges operations could be improved college provider placement as compared to other colleges but college management are not good our very helpful for our students our colleges are very good and and facilities of placement but our colleges are not available in pure water in and drink not available in not available drinking water

College placement are good as compared to other colleges because in recession time only tit college provides placement for our students so college placement are better but if you are hardworking man or women so your package is better so if you take good package so start hardwork or discipline in college academic. My journey through Engineering and Campus Life

Placement Experience:

The placements are good and offer strong opportunities for both full time roles and internships. Students are eligible for placements from 2nd year. Most companies approach from 3rd year. Many reputed companies visit the campus for placements, inluding D.E Shaw, Goldmann Sachs, Flipkart, Meesho, Accenture. Many people are placed from college from cse, ece from other branches its quite less. Overall the placement ecosystem is highly supportive and prepares students for their professional careers.

Life as a Student of IIITDM Jabalpur

I wanted a National college which should be government, according to my rank in JEE Mains I was getting other Nits and iiits and also some state government colleges but i preferred this because it is in my home city jabalpur No i didn't got any rejections i applied to because this college was my fiest priority and according to my interest. According to your JEE mains rank when you are selected in this college by Jossa/Csab counselling Online physical reporting is done first then within 10-15 days you have to physically report to the college, after it you are alloted your respective hostel to live and from next week classes get started My overall admission experience was really very good, it was my dream college You have to achieve rank under 1.5 lakhs to get admission here if you are from obc category For general category you have to achieve rank under 70000 to come here For sc/st candidates you have to achieve rank under 2 lakhs to come to this college as per previous year cutoff...Read More
