As soon as the Admission in the college he becomes eligible for the campus placement. He has to make sure and abide by the rules and regulations of the new college to get proper placement. For a newer IIM, the placements are doing exceptionally well, all thanks to the student-run placements team. All major recruitment firms have been visiting or have visited the campus and have recruited students for various roles. With time, it is bound to get better and stronger.
