Course Curriculum Overview
The faculty is excellent with their doctorates from respective premier B-schools. The pedagogy involves a pragmatic approach through case studies and in-class activities, assignments, and many more. The learnings you get will help you when you move to an industry setup in applying that knowledge and in taking decisions.
Placement Experience
The campus placements start tentatively in August-September and the entire batch is placed by the end of January, as the college continues to maintain a 100 percent placement record. More than 120 companies visited the campus for the 2021-23 final placement. The average package stood at 16.5 lakhs PA; you can find more information regarding the same in the final placements report of 2023.
Fees and Financial Aid
The scholarships are given out every year to the students achieving the highest grade according to the Director's Merit list. The college also has a Summer Internship program for the 1st year students to get a peek into the corporate world and expose them to the working environment and culture at the respective organizations. Campus Life
There are multiple clubs and committees which conduct numerous academic and social development activities to keep you busy throughout the year. The annual cultural and technical, "Aarunya" is conducted every year in February. You get access to multiple databases, international journals, and articles through the library.
Hostel Facilities
4 people are given a 2BHK flat with two in each room with attached washrooms. The meal quality is very good which includes breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner wherein the menu is updated at the end of every term.
Admission
To get admission into one of the prestigious B-schools in India any applicant will have to give the Common Admission Test (CAT). After the results if you meet the cutoff for individual institutes you will receive a preliminary mail for registration asking for your academic, extracurricular details, and achievements if any. After the preliminary round, the college will mail an interview invitation to the shortlisted candidates, before the interviews the selected candidates will receive an admission offer.
Interview Experience
There were interview rounds after the CV shortlisting round. The interviews are taken by the college faculty where questions are asked on your academic background, and previous work experience or may revolve around general or static GK questions, current affairs, etc. To best prepare for these rounds give as many mock interviews as possible before the final interview to get acquainted with the variety of questions that may come your way.
