Course Curriculum Overview
Faculty to student ratio is good. Every faculty is a Ph.D. from a top institute. The teaching methods are new and as per market standards. Exams and quizzes are as per the professor. The exams are easy to pass if you pay attention in class and study a day before.
Internships Opportunities
There are almost 100 companies visiting the campus to offer internships to students. The average stipend that is offered is 30k per month. I interned at a startup and was given different tasks from different domains like marketing, B2B sales, operations, etc.
Placement Experience
From term 4 the companies start to visit the campus. The highest package is somewhere around 35 lakhs and the average is 16.5 lakhs. 100 of the batch gets placed. I am planning to take up a corporate from the campus.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees are quite given the current infrastructure. Almost everyone there has taken an education loan. People can apply for scholarships but there is no assistance from the college. The job justifies the fees they are charging.
Campus Life
Annual fest is Aarunya. It is conducted in the month of Feb. E library has a lot of resources while the physical library lacks space. There are a lot sports and extra curricular activities going on in the campus . There are 20+ clubs and committees run by students.
Hostel Facilities
The hostel is good, we have been provided flats with 2 people living in a room. There are washing machines in the common area. The quality of the food is mostly good. There is no limit on the amount of food you take.
Admission
Clearing CAT is the basic eligibility for this course. The application form comes with the CAT form. Application fees are 2200. The form starts in September. I availed OBC reservation. No, the process is quite good.
Interview Experience
There was a PI as a part selection process. The questions that I was being asked were mostly from calculus, apart from this there were current affairs questions. The criteria included previous academic records, CAT percentile, and PI score. I prepared for CAT on my own and I joined coaching classes for PI.
