IIM Visakhapatnam Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

Major recruiters are available on the college placement report. The highest package offered is 32 lakhs and the average package is 15.47 lakhs per annum. For students with work experience, the package was 17.21 LPA. 100% of students are provided placements.

100 % placements are provided each year and the highest placement was 32 lakh. I plan to get a marketing job role. Several companies visited our campus like Goldman Sachs, state street, Adani, Bain, Cognizant, etc. we get eligible for placements from 5 th trimester

Placements are pretty decent for our college considering the fact that it's a new IIM. Students are eligible to sit for placements from term four after they are done with their summer internships. Some of the top recruiters are- Deloitte, Amazon, KPMG, ICICI Lombard, HCL, Amul, etc. With the highest package of 23 LPA and a median salary of 12 LPA. More than 100 companies participated in the placement with 73 new recruiters. The college has achieved a 100% placement every year. After my graduation, I would like to go with a job from my campus placement.

IIMV provide 100% placement. The highest salary for the 19-21 batch was 20.82 LPA. The average salary was 12.62 LPA. The average salary for the top 10% of the batch was 18.86 LPA. Avg salary for the top 25% was 17.23 LPA. The median salary was 12 LPA. Some of the prominent recruiters are Amazon, Amul, Anand Rathi, KPMG, Deloitte, HCL and many more.

Fastest growing IIM. It's a baby IIM but better than some of the 2nd generation IIMs. The mentorship from IIM BANGALORE gives the opportunity to be taught by the finest faculties of the world. Placement figures are decent and most transparent placement process

IIM V achieved 100% placement in the pandemic year. The highest package stood around 20.62 lpa . The average package was around 12.62 lpa. The median package was 12 lpa. Some of the recruiters were amazon, ICICI lombard, TATA AIA, Deloitte, Amul etc.

Although iimv is a baby IIM , I.e. 3rd Gen iim but the growth of the college is good and this made me choose the college. I even contacted some of the seniors graduated from IIM V and had a wholesome discussion with them clarifying my doubts regarding each and every aspect. While going through the college placement reports and comparing it with other colleges from which I received admission offer, I decided to go for IIM Visakhapatnam.

All the students are placed in one or another company, making 100% placements every year. 104 companies participated in the placement process last year out of which 74 were first time recruiters. Avg package was around 13 LPA whereas the highest was 20.5 LPA for last year.

IIM Visakhapatnam provides multiple opportunities and roles across different sectors. Start-ups and big MNCs come for placement opportunities. As per the function-wise, companies do come for all different roles such as Marketing, Finance, Analytics, etc.

Our college allows to get internship during courses so that's a fetch for us. From third semester onwards we will be recurred. If we do well in internships our job will be confirmed. Highest salary is around 4 lakh per month and lowest will be eight thousand per month.
