IIM Visakhapatnam Placement 2025: Highest Package, Average Package, Top Recruiters

IIM Visakhapatnam has consistently achieved 100% placements for both final and summer internships since its inception. For the 2022-23 placement season, the highest package offered was INR 32.62 LPA, with an average of INR 16.61 LPA and a median of INR 16 LPA. The placement process involved 180-190 companies, with 104 companies visiting in the previous cycle, including 74 new recruiters. Prominent recruiters include Amazon, ICICI Bank, Deloitte, KPMG, Yes Bank, and HCL, offering roles across Marketing, Finance, Consulting, and IT sectors.

The summer internship program also recorded a 100% placement rate with a median stipend of INR 70,000 and top companies like Deloitte, EY, and ICICI participating. The roles offered spanned management domains such as Marketing, Finance, and Operations. The placement process is rolling, allowing companies to recruit throughout the year, and students become eligible for final placements from the 4th trimester.
