From term 4 the final placements starts, all students are eligible to be placed from the campus Companies like KPMG, DELLOITE, CRISIL, GMR, IDFC BANK, ICICI BANK, AKZONOBEL, FUJITSU, TATA Group and many more come on campus Placement range from 17 lac CTC to 43lac CTC depending upon the company. 100% students are placed

Placements starts from 1st term for summer internship and 4th term for finals company visits are generally 150+ for summers and around 200+ for finals highest package offered was of around 44LPA while average is around 17LPA and whole batch get placements through campus itself

After 1 trimester i.e. September month, Summer placement starts and it goes on till February and march and same goes with final placement. During final placements, some of the students also get PPO from their internship companies. KPMG, Infosys, EY, PWC are some of the top companies that visit this campus. Highest package for the batch of 2024 was around 42 LPA and average was around 16-17 LPA. Its a recently opened IIM but with the time its placement is getting improved with increment in the alumni base. Placement is also dependent on market condition and batch size.

The PlaceCom is a commitee which deals with all the placement related activities. They have the DB for the students which is shared with the HRs and all the details, pay is discussed by the PR and JPRs. The company's are floated from time to time and the students are encouraged to participate actively in the process.

the placement processes start after 2 weeks in the college, the 1st year MBA students are eligible for summer placements in the next summer and 2nd year students are eligible for final placements after the completion of degree in march end, placements are 100% for summer and finals both with alot of top reputed brands and multiple startups as well, the average final placements is around 16 LPA.

The placement process is rolling in nature that kind of hectic with the ongoing academic curriculum. As per the market condition the placement does get effected in that manner like visit of some companies in college. College promises 100% placement although they are not laible for that. There is chance of no placement for some but they can differe their placement yo next year and sit in the process with next batch

IIMV is doing great compared to all the third generation IIMs and also competing with 2nd generation iims as well. The highest package is 16.61 LPA. The condition of summer internships is ok only. But final placements is decent.

The placements recorded for my college seem to get better and more promising with each year passing by. Currently, the number of companies visiting and offers made are somewhat limited however, with every passing year more are getting on board with a higher rate of conversions. The highest package offered as per the latest record was INR 42lac and the average is INR16.5 lac with 50% of the batch falling above the average range. The top 25% are approximately holders of the INR23lac package. The roles offered are Analyst, Wealth Management Trainee, Senior Analyst, Finance Analyst, area/territory sales manager, IT Consultant etc. Top recruiters are ICICI, IDBI, YES bank, State Street, Deloitte,EY, KPMG, Amul, Anand Rathi, and ICICI Lombard to name a few. The percentage of students placed are 100% inclusive of a few students who opted for an off-campus opportunity if better. The campus placements start right from Term 4 i.e. beginning the second year. My plans after degree is to work in the domain of finance.

IIM Vizag is one of the premier institutes of India, currently ranked 29 in the NIRF ranking. The Institute has a remarkable track record of achieving 100% placements each year. The placement data of IIM Visakhapatnam for the year 2022-23, gives us a glimpse of how nicely this college is trying to provide one of the best placements among the top tier 3, MBA colleges in India. In the last placement year, which starts from the month of September to February of the next year, 100% of students got placed with the highest package of 32.62 lakhs(CTC), with an average package of 16.61 lakhs and a median package of 16 lakhs. The placement process starts in November, both the official placements and some of the students get pre-placement offers(PPO) from the companies where they did summer internships. The prominent recruiters are Adani, Asian paints, Deloitte, MTR, haldirams, and IDFC First Bank. As a marketing enthusiast, I want to pursue my career as a brand manager in a leading MNC.

Currently, I'm in my first year of college so can't say about ours. But our seniors got placed in good companies with a good package. Many got PPO too. 100% placement is there. Many IT, FMCG, and Finance companies visit every year offering different roles.
