IIM Visakhapatnam PGPMCI Admission 2026 Important Dates

The Indian Institute of Management Visakhapatnam (IIMV) has announced the admission process for its Post-Graduate Programme in Management for Centrally Funded Technical Institutions/Institutions of National Importance (PGPMCI) 2026.

Applications are open from August 1, 2025, to October 24, 2025 (3:00 PM) in online mode. Eligible aspirants can register on the official IIMV website. The IIMV Aptitude Test will be conducted on November 2, 2025, followed by interviews and further selection rounds.

IIM Visakhapatnam PGPMCI Admission 2026-28 Batch Eligibility

The PGPMCI programme at IIM Visakhapatnam is designed for students from NITs, IIITs, other Institutions of National Importance, and Mahatma Gandhi National Fellowship (MGNF) graduates.

Applicants are required to hold a relevant technical qualification such as B.Tech, M.Tech, BE, or MSc in applied fields.

Admission will be based on a comprehensive selection process. Candidates who opt during registration must appear for the IIMV Aptitude Test on November 2, 2025.

Academic performance in class 10, class 12, and graduation will also play a key role in evaluation. Additional weightage will be given for work experience and diversity, while shortlisted applicants will proceed to a personal interaction round before final offers are made.

The programme aims to develop techno-managers by blending technical expertise with managerial skills. Its modular structure allows participants to earn a Diploma in Business Management (DBM) after completing Module-1, with the option to continue into Module-2 for a full MBA.

Further, IIMV has partnered with 18 NITs and IIITs, ensuring strong academic-industry integration and exposure.
