Senior faculty are good. The case method is used in most classes. The term exams are conducted twice in one term, and the difficulty level varies for each subject. Most faculty have a Ph.D. from reputed IIMs and IITs.

The major recruiters are mentioned in the summer placement report. They come every year and our batch has been no different. Many new-age companies and startups also visit the campus, and live project opportunities are available to build profiles.

Major recruiters are available on the college placement report. The highest package offered is 32 lakhs and the average package is 15.47 lakhs per annum. For students with work experience, the package was 17.21 LPA. 100% of students are provided placements.

Fees have been hiked this year. IIMV offers scholarships of 6 lakhs to the top 2 students of each section. Apart from this, there is merit cum means scholarship which is given to eligible students after they submit the required documents and a PI is conducted. Apart from this, students also opt for govt scholarship schemes through National Scholarship Portal.

Tech fest is Vriddhi and the cultural fest is Sambharambh. They are conducted in January and February respectively. The library is very well equipped, with almost all major journals available. Classes are well equipped and capable of hybrid mode classes as well, in case covid comes along.

There is a single-room facility on the permanent campus. Each wing has a kettle and shared washrooms. Hostel registration happens on reaching campus. The food is of good quality and affordable. 4 meals are provided every day and complaints are addressed through the hostel and mess committee.

The minimum CAT score required was the 80 percentile. The application form is available on the website. Application dates are also available there. Reservation is as per government policy. The admission process is a bit slow and takes some time. Wish it was faster.

There was only a PI round. Before that, only the application form was filled out online which contained SOP submission. In PI they touched on all aspects mentioned in my form and checked my GK as well as current affairs knowledge.
