MAKAUT Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

The overall placements of our department are very nice. Almost all the students get placed. Different companies are visiting our college. all over a percentage of our placement is 86percnt. The different companies visiting are Infosys tcs cognizant of all these mass recruiting companies.

From the third semester, students become eligible for campus placements. Companies visited are Cognizant, Amazon, Infosys, Capgemini, Amdocs, Byju's, Bajaj, etc. The highest package is 10 lakhs per annum and the average package is 3 lakhs per annum.

From the 5th semester, I was eligible for placements. During my time almost 10 companies visited. IBM, TCS had 60% overall criteria. So I wasn't able to sit in that. But I am happy not to seat in that. The college will provide only 1 offer to 1 candidate. Means, if you have 1 offer letter, then you will not be invited to any other placements later on except its package is bigger than double. For placements, I can say deserving candidates got placed. But the package was not good enough. Cerner offered 6.2L, keros with 4L, TCS, Mindtree, IBM had 3.5L offer, remain offered too less that I don't want to share. Cerner recruited 12 of us( I was included). 28 out of 50 were placed. Don't take it low. Actually, remain were not deserving at all( except 1or 2 who didn't want to sit).

No there is nothing bad remark but there is a good remark .College teachers and faculty are very helpful in all the situation.

Higher managements are good, dental section was good and a big play ground insight.

I have got the admission in this college through JECA exam. I'm eligible for lateral in MCA. I love computers and languages. that is why I choose BCA then MCA. Admission process is very very simple and easy to handle. Middle of june. I got admitted in this college.

In the present days, where most College are out there to snatch maximum possible money from the pockets of students' parents, Regent definitely stands out of the way without compromising education quality.

The Narula Institute of Technology is one of the best private institute under the JIS Group in Kolkata, NAAC accredited autonomous institute affiliated by MAKAUT. It has more than 6 acres lush green campus, and the atmosphere is good inside the campus. Every year the Institute organise it's one of the biggest Techno management fest in kolkata which is called Kritanj. So many students come from various colleges and participate with their idea, innovation. The Institute has it's state of the art Computer Laboratory with highly equipped machines. Campusing records are good but in this year due to COVID-19 the campusing is postpone till now.
