Good Faculty members, solid placement opportunities
It has a great campus vibe and though the campus is quite big
The extracurricular activities, fests which make college life fun .

Placement Experience:

By the ending of 4th sem and the starting of 5th sem mid 5th sem students became eligible for placements Tata, bata ,aditiya birla, Adidas, TCS , Pentapolics These are companies are vistied so far and the process is ongoing still From 5 to 20 lakhs is the average package 75% of students are getting placements I will pursure MBA

Life of a College Student

Likes

ILEAD emphasizes practice learning, offering hands on experience, live project and industry exposure.
Many students got placed in reputable companies, especially in media, business, and management feild.

Dislikes

The fees structure in ilead is way too expensive for most of the student and is higher than any other institutes.
While ILEAD excels in media, business and designs many students out there are looking for courses like traditional science, engineering courses.
The campus size is relatively small compared to any other institutes.

Placement Experience:

The placement oppurtunies in ILEAD college is really good if anyone is looking for best incampus placement on top rated companies for business, management and media science then ilead provide 100% placement opportunities to the students studying.

An Brief review about Bengal School of Technology and Management a mixed experience

Likes

Teaching course was good it helped me in MBA
Some people got good placement but only some
The gender divide was 1:1 hence it helps to get different perspectives

Dislikes

Too much rules and regulations, and it was strict didn't feel like college
Faculty changed every semester this hampered learning experience
Library was not upto the mark and also placement wasn't good

Placement Experience:

1. From the last year people were eligible for the placements 2. Pride Plaza, carlsberg, wipro, tcs. 10 offers were made 3. Highest placement was 4,00,000 lpa average was 2,50,000 lpa 4. Out of 50 students 10 dropped out 30 optout due to higher studies, finally out of the 10 all were placed so 100% placement 5. I am currently pursuing MBA from Goa Institute of Management

Likes

I like friendly environment with teachers.
I like the football/sports ground, it's huge.
I like the campus size, it's little bit small but yeah i like it.

Dislikes

I dislike about some things like there is no any guest house for parents.
I don't like the food from the mess, it's totally unhigenic.
There is no huge auditorium, there is only one seminar hall.

Placements are not good enough, there is only 1-2 companies visited during our time, in BBA course you wouldn't placed, but if you're from B. tech background you have some chances to get placed if you are studios.

Placement cell is Good in this college...
Faculty members are very nice and friendly
College groom students for any job opportunities

Dislikes

I don't have any dislike point about this college
But college lift is very bad according to students
College building is under construction..

Campus placement is good in our college they provide all types of placement like cabin crew, ground staff and many more. Air India, vistara, spice jet, indigo are main recruiters of this college. Good placement u will get here

Infrastructure of the College is quite good and modernised
The college provides good and free internship opportunities for every student

Doesn’t have any canteen facilities for students
Very strict with their entry and exit timings
Lab facilities of our institution is not Upto the mark

It is ideal for internship offers exposure to business functions and provided by reputable firms. My college life

Likes

Extra curricular activities, like programs.
Teaching facilities and teacher are very good.
Infrastructure of campus is really good.

Dislikes

Very less holidays on festivals and also in other day.
Food served in Canteen are not upto the point.
AC are not available in every classroom.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course which I choose is very tough. I took commerce so I thought it would be best to choose BBA ATA in future also.Teaching method in our college is really good. The exams are conducted in every 6 months.

Likes

Good teaching environment, strict rules discipline
The faculty members most of them are very approachable. To be honest iem provides the best education and opportunities
The placement is good there's a 80 per chance you will get placed based on your grades and most imp skills

Dislikes

There are extra cost which you have to bare yourself which quite frustrating
In every event you register you have to pay a fee or else you won't get a certificate
You have to do various courses online to get certificate or else you are not getting merot points

Placement Experience:

The company's starts visit even from 1st semester Infosy, wipro,TCS, amazon,decathlon visit frequently. For IEM students they offer more package recently infosy offered to give 600000 per year to freahers if they to technology and AI The highest package is 75lakh and the average is around 10 lakh The student are offered placement opportunities if they have a average grade and skills. So percentage varies about about who takes placement My plan is to pursue higher studies after BBA

Likes

The College has good infrastructure, well equipped labs and libraries with multiple copies of books,
Hostel facilities are good and the quality of food in the mess and canteen is great. The college conducts events, fests and extracurricular activities. Living spaces are well-maintained.
The faculty is well-qualified, knowledgeable and provides detailed notes. Their friendly behavior removes nervousness.

Dislikes

The placements are decent since Covid 19.
The course curriculum is outdated and does not align with industry demands, leaving students unprepared for real-world challenges.
The fees are relatively high compared to the quality of education received, making it a poor value of money.

College provides technical training classes that help with campusing. The departmental support is motivational. Laboratories are updated. The college has good study enivironment. The teachers are experienced and student-friendly.

The campus should be large enough...There should be more labs.The ground should be big enough.
My engagement with my campus is very close and the quality of social interaction is good
The faculties are well and smart. There teaching experience is well good

Dislikes

They didn't give any extra class ...They did not give any proper guidance
The qualities of campus is not so big...they need a big campus
They give us theories which is not useful for my future job.
