ILEAD emphasizes practice learning, offering hands on experience, live project and industry exposure.
Many students got placed in reputable companies, especially in media, business, and management feild.

Dislikes

The fees structure in ilead is way too expensive for most of the student and is higher than any other institutes.
While ILEAD excels in media, business and designs many students out there are looking for courses like traditional science, engineering courses.
The campus size is relatively small compared to any other institutes.

Campus Life

Well the overall experience in ILEAD so far is really amazing, the campus life is totally different than the outside life, in the campus it feels like another home and every faculty members and teachers are very much polite and friendly and theres always events going on to participate on.

Admission

I chose to apply for ILEAD college because its one of the best campus for BBA courses and it provides bba in digital marketing which is a very new course that is launched and this college is especially for bba and media students and the faculty is made with sustainable products.

Faculty

The faculty members which include the full time professers are selected for their research excellence and teaching acumen as well as visiting members from top business schools.

Night Life

Well the nightlife around ILEAD college is really fascinating theres many cafes and malls and places to visit outside the college and if anyone is looking for a place to sit on and timepass then theres a lakeview area near the college and if anyone is looking for partying then theres a club name sabka club that provides cheap services

Good Exposure Through Internships with Reputated Companies

Placement Experience:

Many reputated companies such as TCS Wipro Infosys Deloitte and HDFC Bank visit the campus regularly. The highest package offered last year was around 9LPA, while the average package ranges between 4-5 LPA depending on the profile. Nearly 70-75 % of eligible students get placed every year.

Good for studying but should improve for recruitment

Placement Experience:

- Students become eligible for campus recruitment from the 5th semester. - Around 65% of students get placed during campus interviews. - The highest package offered to the BBA students is INR 4 LPA. The average package offered to the students is INR 3 LPA and the lowest is INR 2 LPA. - The top recruiters who visit the companies are Accenture, EY (Ernst & Young), Wipro Technologies LtdHDFC Bank Pvt Ltd, Deutsche Bank, Amazon.com Inc, Concentrix Corporation, Societe Generale, Kotak Mahindra Bank, Royal Bank of Scotland, etc. - But still, improvement in place of recruitment is highly recommended. - I want to pursue MBA after and want to commit to the business.

As per my knowledge and searching, I came to know that ISHM is giving the highest number of placements as compare to any other colleges in Kolkata. Positive remarks about college, they specifically take care of everyone they call at home if any student is irregular or not serious about his/her study. So everyone attends classes and lectures a minimum of 75% and teachers motivate students for their all-over growth and performance.
