I choose this college over every college because, I saw the rating in the college duniya first and then I saw the practical exposure and the practical area of each and every college. I found I lead is do based college for media science.
Likes
- There is a placement program in which we have to attend a 2 hoir class once every week to develop our skills to get the best placement, that is something I really like about the college.
- We have a weekly class lf foreign language and it's free of cost, we can either learn German or french.
Dislikes
- We don't get a proper notification regarding the fee submission, it's something which I reported to the college too.
- The college doesn't provide any internship program. I'm in 2nd year and it haven't received one yet. All they give is some sponsored fake looking and paid internships
Admission:
I applied for 3 colleges in Kolkata. They were Ilead College, Brainware College, and Bhawanipur College. I got accepted by all of them but the reason for choosing Ilead was that:- Bhawanipur College doesn't give importance to studying and classes and attendance is not mandatory. Bhawanipur took too long to accept my admission. Brainware University did not do as well as Ilead. Ilead took direct admission and I loved the college in a single sight. I wanted to emphasize studying more and Ilead does that perfectly.

- The college life is filled with events. Almost everyday ILead hosts events encouraging students to participate.
- The environment at iLead is extremely homely as I feel nothing but comfortable and calm when I enter the college.
Dislikes
- I disliked the fact that some professors are extremely arrogant and disrespectful towards students without a valid reason.
- The college cafeteria is extremely overpriced and it's better to stay hungry
Admission:
Firstly, this college was actually the only reputable college that provided the course of BBA in Digital Marketing in Kolkata. As digital marketing is the dream field of mine, I chose this college. I didn't get a rejection from other colleges as ultimately I didn't apply to any other colleges. The admission process of my college was extremely easy and I only had to go to the college twice which includes the time I went there to visit the premises.

- The campus has a minimalist look with proper construction using recycled products and a whole lot of books all around the college campus which can be taken home or used while in college
- The overall experience of studying is good with proper and effective studying materials and good mentors making it easy for us to understand the subject
Dislikes
- The classes are too small if someone is late getting in the class he has to arrange a different chair from other classroom to sit
- There is no trips from college for the students
Admission:
The admission process in Ilead is very easy and effective with only an interview about your basic knowledge about the subject you want to study or the goal you are ready to achieve Admission gets easier if someone joins the college through reference such as the students already studying in the college The application form can be found easily in the college reception or you can also set a meeting with a councilor just through an easy phone call.

- iLEAD provides a better facility to achieve career development. The faculty expertise and all round teachers interaction
- Placements in iLEAD are immensely better than most of the college as it provides all over career development.
Dislikes
- First off all it has a little less care for students on their punctuality. As the management does not pay much attention on the attendance
- iLEAD is way too expensive for middle class families and it's hardly affordable.
Admission:
The admission process for ilEAD is not that complicated or difficult. All you need is basic knowledge about the field you want to choose or pursue. The eligibility for the courses are not that strict, as you need to score above 70% in the board exams. Anyone can apply for the admission after scoring above 70% in board exams. After applying for the admission, documentation process will take place and after that you have to give an entrance exam to be eligible for the admission. All the details regarding admission form, dates eligibility and fees structure can be found on iLEAD website and public hoardings.

- The location of the institute is perfect but the area around is not too proper

A person has to be class 12 pass with 50% ( at my admission time it was this marks ) the counsellors provide with all the help and guidance required so that there is no obstacles or issues faced by the student of their parents. Overall admission process and cutt off related issues is not at all to be worried about it's going to be well taken care of by the college authorities and no one should face any issues in that part

- This college have digital classrooms with computers and projectors in every room. Faculty members mainly use digital formats like PDFs etc

- The campus is okay but there's no actual playing ground, there is an enclosed playing ground on the roof of every building.
- Food prices in canteen can be overpriced for some people as everyone comes from different backgrounds, so it should be affordable for all.
Admission:
Anyone can avail or be eligible for this BMLT course without any entrance exams, they just need to have good marks in the 12th. Since this college is affiliated to Makaut University, there is an admission entrance test that is mandatory for everyone to attend, it takes place online and it's not so different, general knowledge up to 12th is enough to pass. About the fee structure and admission form and other relevant details can be found in the college's website or one can visit the campus and an admission assistant will be provided to them. There's an interview process that takes place where the candidate and faculty member interact, ask simple questions to students related to the course and that's it. Exams are nothing difficult at all, but they're tricky, one needs to study well to pass, it depends on the candidate's efforts. Exams take place in December/January and June of every year.

- Environment is the best, totally sustainable environment, maximum things are made of recycled products. Extremely decorated college. It should be the best environment friendly college of Kolkata even West Bengal
- Every room is decorated very very well and scientifically so that students get educated about the history also. There in every wall you should find quotes that are relevant to life.
Dislikes
- The thing I disliked a little bit that the college is totally vegetarian. There you won't see any kanteen where you are gonna get any non veg food item.
- iLEAD has two section of times. Like as I choosed morning classes, so the morning classes starts from 8:00 am at morning. That's a little bit tough to join at the class at the right time everyday in winter.
Admission:
Admission process at Ilead is easy. Just call on the given number of website or fill up the form in the website. Then your councilor will connect with you & he/she will ask you for visiting the college and then while visiting the college you can take admission right there. You will be asked to have an interview for getting the scholarship. If you are eligible you will get the scholarship up to rs 50,000/- Usually the admission process runs from March to August month of every year. It's already very advanced process so I don't think that there need any improvement in admission process.

- Anti ragging movements in college which leads to peaceful vibes in college.

- Over costs of many foods in canteens.also different canteens offers things in different values.
- Not much place to park vehicles. The roads are not that big for transport.

Theres some class for up to 2 hours,whick leads students to boredom. If the faculty can make those classes for 1 hours in multiple days, it can be better.
