First thing i like about this campuse is its beautiful like really beautiful.
Here some teachers are really good and helpful which encourages for better performance in every field
Students can get so many scholarship opportunities once they join this institute like for students living in jk or students with good cgpa.

Dislikes

Professors are not that good as expected,need to understand concepts from youtube
This is quite difficult to afford for a middle class family but there are fee waiver also
Hostels are not that good and have only fans not even cooler so it is difficult in summers washrooms are also not well mantained food is also not that good overall hostels are very unhygienic and are not well mantained

Nice college

Likes

Teachers are really supportive , help us to develop our understanding better
Campus life is great. There are 3 canteens present in our college.
Infrastructure is really good and development is going on.

Dislikes

Female ratio is a little bit low as compared to boys.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for the placement from the 7th semester. All the top companies like Google, Microsoft, and amazon visit our campus and offer great packages to deserving students. Highest package-1.2 crore from ECE off campus. The average package is 15 LPA. Almost 90% of the students get placed.

The atmosphere for the students is quite motivating and also clubs are the real things to enjoy

Placement Experience:

You will be eligible for campus placement in 4th year and can apply for an internship in your core branch from 3rd year onwards .many big companies will give you chance and the percentage of students getting placed is highly variable also it depends on your hard work too. cleaniness of the campus i likes most all time the cleaning is done in every where in the campus.

most of the student are placed in my college but the main issue is package many student are decline the job becuse of less package as the student expected to the company they not join the student whos not selected in any company are prapared for further study

Sk much to tell but, one thing I want to conclude that with good friends your life best and supportive

Placement Experience:

In my college (NITJ) placement is good for Cse ECE And IT students, whereas in other branches placement is okay-okay like IT Branches avg package revolves around 15 lakhs and for other lower branches, revolves around 7-10 Lakhs. With lower branches, you still got a chance to select in its companies ( You just have to upgrade your skills for a better future or placement)

Nit jalandhar after 2 years

Likes

Campus is really calm and green close to nature
Mess food is also good here and at affordable price
Placements are good many companies visit here

Dislikes

Academics are bit hard, it is hard to get good marks
campus size is bit small nothing more to explore in campus
Sports facilities are not that good teachers are not there for sports

Placement Experience:

Upper branches like cs, ec, have excellent placements even some branches like ip, ic, and Mech get good packages average package of cs and ec is around 16 to 17 lakh. Many companies visit our campus like Amazon, Google, Microsoft, etc.

Likes

Maintained campus environment excluding infrastructure.

My rank was not so good that I was able to get a computer science course or similar and the subjects in this course seems to be very interesting to me. That's why I choose this course. 12 professors and associate professors are there in our course and also there are some other courses teachers who teach us. Almost faculty have Doctorates. As of now 2 minor exams and 1 end sem exam are there and the difficulty to pass the exam is based on your preparation as teachers set exams based on the content taught to students.

Perfect College for B-TECH

Faculty members are very very experienced and very talented they are always ready for the help of students.
As for the placement it is awesome and specially for the ECE branch it is highest having average of 18lakhs per annum
Infrastructure is awesome and library strength is ver very nice

Dislikes

Lack of holidays are provided for the first year students 😂.
In first semester there were many restrictions which were hood also and also not.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose Electronic Communication Engineering because I want to work on different types of semiconductors and transistors. Here each branch provided around 10 faculty per semester. All facilities are highly qualified with doctorate degrees. As if we talk about exams then there are minor 1, minor 2, and at last end semester exam.

Good NIT

Things i like the most is the environment of the college. It is very clean and and good.
Also education of the college is good and faculty is good and supportive.
Placement of the college is good

Dislikes

College campus is only of 150 acres by which i am not satisfied
Playing round for the students should be greater than as i expected from the college initially.
Hectic schedule of the also a thing which I don't like so many classes and other things are there related to the study.

Placement for our college is good, placement percentages for the different departments are different for example for the cse department it is approx 95%, for ece is also 90% and other branches also get good placement whose percentage is greater than 70%. After the 6th or 7th semester students become Eligible for the placement. All the great companies like amazon, google, meta, TCS, Flipkart, l and t, and many more. A good number of offers were made to the students by these companies. The highest package for the cse is 65 lakhs which is offered by Amazon and the average is 15 lakhs, the highest package for ece is more than 1cr and the Average package is also 14 lakhs which are offered by google. Usually, 70 to 80% get placed. I am interested in getting the job.

My experience through the life of college

Likes

I loved to come to this place and made a lot of friends
The college campus is very beautiful with a disadvantage of the main city being far
The seniors are supporting and we get opportunity to play outdoors.

Dislikes

Food in the hostel is just to keep you breathe and survive in college
The schedule is very busy if not planned carefully you are going to lose mind
The facilities are numerous and all the need is to find your specific zeal which is something hard in campus full of choicee

Placement Experience:

Placements are available for the students of college from 3rd year onwards on the basis of the performance of the students in college they are given the opportunity to sit in the placement interview and placement interview.

Is mechanical and electronics in NIT Jalandhar as good as CS in the same college?

Mechanical in NIT Jalandhar:

4-5 senior faculty members are excellent. Every ad-hock is very poor and useful in any way. Undergraduate research opportunities are limited, but you can participate in mechanical teams and learn a lot at international-level competitions and race events, or you can start your own. Self-knowledge is the only source of knowledge. If you want, you can get the most out of your knowledge and experience by leaving here. In terms of numbers, placement is excellent. For a long time, the campus has been dominated by PSUs and automobile companies. This includes excellent companies involved in the core design, the power sector, and the energy sector. They don't go there very often, but the overall placement is excellent.

CSE: Students have good grades and get good jobs as a result of the market boom. Some students are very good learners who work hard for their studies and knowledge, but this type of student is between the ages of 8 and 10. The remaining 80 people dance, sing, and participate in other activities.

ECE: Faculty members are friendly and helpful. Students are exceptional. Placements are good, and some students study the entire CSE curriculum to get the job. If you want to come here, you must choose with your mind, consider all aspects, and think wisely.
