The intership process

My branch is textile technology and due to my jee mains rank, I got this branch. so in textiles basically you have to study how yarn formation takes place and how weaving, knitting takes place and so on. So this is an easy branch and compared to others you will get a lot of time for preparation for any exam that you want to appear for after your graduation gets completed. so in this branch 40:30 ratio, 40 boys and 30 girls so this is an interesting thing in this branch. faculty are so much enthusiastic and pro in their field. they help in every situation that you are facing. they teach with the help of giving real-life examples so that we all can easily understand the concept behind yarn formation, weaving and knitting. after the theory gets completed then appear for lab work so much interesting to do with your own and understand the concepts properly. minor 1, minor 2 and the end sem exams happened. if you understand the concept properly then you will able to answer properly and score good marks.

So many companies visited for internships like Microsoft, Amazon and Google for software roles and non-core companies like in my branch trident, reliance and Vardhaman. so if you are able to clear the coding round then you have to show your project and according to that, they select the students. GPA is the most important thing that you have to maintain above 7.5 for getting an internship in any company below that cgpa you aren't able to sit in any domain.

So my college placement is excellent. Placements started in mid of the 7th semester and many top MNC companies visited our campus and hired a student and select them according to their skills in that field. the companies that visited in our campus like Amazon, Microsoft, tcs, Wipro, Infosys, trident, reliance, Vardhman etc. Most students opted and sit in its company because it offers a high package recently on my campus a student gets the highest package of 1.2 crores and 54 lacs. so many students get a good package in it field. and in my branch highest package is 18 lakh given by Trident and the average package is 7.85 lakh. so this is an interesting thing that you also will be able to get a huge amount if you work hard. My plan is also to get a job in it company because my interest is in web series, and designing a machine so that's why I opted for software companies.

So basically in Nit Jalandhar, there are three categories of students according to their parent's salary. 1) the first category is whose parents' income lies below 1lakh per annum then this type of student pays only 18000 admission fees 2) second category is whose parents' income lies between 1-5 lakhs per annum then they will able to pay 47000. 3) the third category is whose parents' income is more than 5lakhs per annum then they will pay 84000. In my college so many scholarships are present for students like him/her States scholarship like Bihar, up, Rajasthan and for OBC and sc/St students they offered so many benefits. According to your Cgpa a list is prepared and give them a scholarship for performing very well in their respective branch and get awarded for that .so in my college internship is happening in 3rd year and get a stipend according to their skills but you will definitely get in the range of (5000-100000) for 2 months internship and depends on the duration your salary gets increased.

So on my campus, there are so many opportunities you will get like there are so many clubs to show off their talent and get into it depending upon their interests. there are so many fests happening every year in Nit Jalandhar. the most famous or we can say Asia's biggest fest 'Utkansh' that is happening in the month of March. and technical event also happened whose name is TECHNITI which is conducted by technical teams. and another fest is AARAMBH which usually occurs in the month of September. so many fests happen in nit Jalandhar every year. and according to their interests.

So basically in our hostel firstly of you come as a fresher then first you have to pay hostel fees after that if you have to verify your documents and gets your room . facilities that I getting in my hostel. 1)a mediocre room. Where you are leaving for entire year. 2)in room you have to get fan, chair, study table,and a bed. 3) you also get washing machine 4)clean bathroom 5)good environment. So the meal quality is so much good as compared to another nits .you will first get breakfast in morning at 8-9 am then in lunch at 12:30-2pm.then snacks at 5-6 pm and dinner at 8-9:30pm.and the quality of food is so much good.and you will gets each and every things in the campus.

Basically, I have given jee examination for getting into the top colleges. This is a two-phase exam first is jee main basically you have to get nit/iits/gfti According to your percentile. and the second one is jee advanced if you clear the jee mains exam then you will able to sit in jee advanced exam and you get IITs according to your marks. so basically after Jee mains, you have to apply jossa counselling and if you are not able to get into your dream college then wait for csab round you will definitely get into good colleges but wait for that csab round. I also get college in csab round.
