Course Curriculum Overview
Since I wanted to become a textile engineer I chose this course. Faculty to student ratio is 1:70. All the faculty are highly educated(Ph.D., Mtech) from esteemed universities. Their way of teaching is phenomenal. 2 minor exams and 1 end sem exam are there in each sem. Minor exams are held every 1-1.5 months. They are easy to moderate.
Internships Opportunities
Companies like Microsoft, DE Shaw, etc provide internship opportunities under different roles like SDE intern and stipends vary from 30000 to 80000 rs. Companies give different tasks and projects to students. Some of the students are given PPO(pre-placement offer).

Fees and Financial Aid
There is not so much hike in fees just 4000-5000 every alternate semester. Fees structure-160000 per year + hostel fees-50000 per year + Mess fess-50000 per year. The college provides financial assistance to underprivileged students. The Centre of Placement helps students to get their dream jobs and internships.
Campus Life
There are 2 main annual fests one is techniti which is usually at the beginning of the year and the other is Utkansh which is a cultural fest. The library is good. It has all the books required by the students. Classrooms are well equipped with projectors and smartboards. There are different clubs in the college that help to organize fests such as TCA, TTA, etc.
Admission
We have to give Joint Entrance Examination Mains and have to score a certain percentile according to the different branches. Branches are alloted through JOSAA and CSAB counselling. 50% percent of seats are allotted to state quota students and 50% for other students.
