- In first you will get really good mentors (if u r lucky , which most of students are lol).
- Campus is awesome you will love it here. Try making new friends earlier or you know .
- Faculty is helpful . But at end of the day like any other college you will have to do hardwork.

- Well somewhere you might see partiality between regional students but it gets ok with time.
- Couple here couples there lol It's not thing I dislike don't worry I m just writing it here just like that
Placement Experience:
You can get ppo from 5-6 sem and internships too. for companies yea there are many companies who visit here you will have to look at that on the college page ( I don't remember all lol). Highest package I guess was 50+ . 97% students gets places according to their census. I haven't planned much after getting my degree. I m still exploring.

- THE COLLEGE'S STUDY ENVIRONMENT, THEY PROVIDE EACH AND EVERY FACILITY TO UPGRADE STUDENTS,CONDUCT VARIOUS SEMINARS TO MAKE STUDENTS AWARE OF THE CURRENT SCENARIO IN THE WORLD.
- THE SPORTS FACILITY, THEY HAVE WORLD CLASS SPORTS FACILITY OF ALMOST ALL THE SPORTS, MANY INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS ALSO PARTICIPATE IN GAMES. THEY CONDUCT DISTRICT LEVEL COMPETITIONS IN COLLEGE STADIUMS WHICH I PERSONALLY ENJOY IT.
- THE KIIT STUDENT ACTIVITY CENTER (KSAC), IT IS A DIFFERENT ACTIVITY CENTER AWAY FROM STUDIES WHERE STUDENTS CAN PARTICIPATE AND EXPLORE NEW TALENTS IN THEM . THEIR ARE SOCIETIES DEVOTED TO CODING, DANCE, DRAMA, PHOTOGRAPHY, COOKING, SINGING .

- KIIT IS NOT A BOUNDED CAMPUS MANY CIVILIANS ARE WITHIN THE CAMPUS AND THE VARIOUS BUILDINGS AND CAMPUSES ARE DISTRIBUTED . SO IT IS DIFFICULT SOMETIMES TO LOCATE A CAMPUS OR BUILDING.
- THE CHANNA AND DAHI SUPREMACY, BEING IN ORISSA IT MAY BE THEIR COMMON THING BUT THEY ALWAYS GIVE THAT GUGNI/MATTAR KI SABJHI IN ALMOST EVERY THING WHETHER BE DAHI VADA, IDLI, NORMAL VADA AND THE FOOD IS REALLY SWEET MOST OF THE TIME.
- THE COLLEGE IS ALWAYS BUSY,MEANS THERE IS ALWAYS SOMETHING HAPPENING IN COLLEGE AND IN BETWEEN THIS YOU HAVE TO MANAGE TIME AND COMPELETE YOUR STUFFS . SO IF YOU WANT TO DO EXTRA CURRICULAM ACTIVITIES MAKE SURE YOUR INTERNAL MARKS ARE NOT AT A LOSS.
Placement Experience:
THERE ARE MANY PLACEMENT OPTINS IN KIIT. ALMOST 650+ COMPANY COME TO KIIT EACH YEAR ALL SMALL AND BIG AND MANY STUDENTS GET PLACED ALSO BUT THE PACKAGE OF PLACEMENT DEPENDS UPON STUDENTS HOW MAUCH THEY CAN TAKE FROM COMPANIES. KIIT PREPARES THEIR STUDENTS FROM 2ND YEAR ONWARDS AND BY THE END OF 3RD YEAR MANY ARE CAPABLE OF GETTING INTERNSHIP.

- College Campus is very beautiful 5/ 5 , Girls to Boys ratio are 1: 10, Faculty are Good but not as good in teaching , They are from IIT , NITs And Bits but not too good in teaching

- Khao Gali There is a place near kiit where all the smoker residency it's the worst place in kiit it's spoil the environment
Course Curriculum Overview:
For First year subjects its useless and totally unrelavant but for 2nd years you will be taught the course of respective branches for eg- For CS students from 2nd year onwards they will have DSA , Java , Sql and operating systems etc

- The college campus is really good and its a really pretty and aesthetoc campus, mane places to chill or do your work, the library and other gardens are so beautiful.
- The students are very open minded and friendly, nobody ever bullies you.
- There are always events and fests going on so you will never be bored.
Dislikes
- The faculty here prefer local students over other students but they do teach pretty good and almost all of them are from IITs and NITs.
- The canteen foods could have been of better quality, its very cheap and they keep increasing prices.
- They always keep society work after college so if youre a day boarder imagine staying till 8pm in college.
Placement Experience:
Students become eligible for placements by the end of 6th semester. The companies visited are JP Morgan, BNY Mellon, Amazon, Atlassian and many more. The offers were good as 45LPA. The highest was 60LPA and avgm is 10lpa. The percentage of students getting placed is unknown to me, My plans after would be to get a job

- The campus teaches us adaptability as not just studnets from various Indian states but we have students from various countries too.
- Campus is like not just big but probably the biggest as it is spread in almost 3 kms.
- The entire ecosystem that exists here like the anti-ragging policy and anti-bullying policies where not just students but even the faculties intervenes of such activity happens makes us feel safe at the campus.
Dislikes
- The only reason I didn't chose hostels are that food provided is not at all edible.
Placement Experience:
At KIIT our branch itself has over 200 students and still 80 or rather more percentage of students are placed every year. This is because the industrial connections that our college has maintained with the corporates, Amazon, Microsoft, and probably every Indian listed IT company favours our campus when it comes to recruitments.

- the friends you make decides your character
- the campus is quite near to all the pan shops and people tend have bad habits here too
- the overall the people around you should e good too
Placement Experience:
the placements here int hsi college are ok type because of the market decline and the average package here is 6-7 lakhs ctc. This is a good amount for a non-iit college and is benefitial for the students too

- A bit high but worth cost of accommodation fees
- Large campus nearly 700 acres, spanning 3 kilometers
- Very diverse crowd may be difficult for few to adapt

Campus placement is fine, 90% of students opting for on campus placement are placed well, if you are a female student you can expect avg internship salaries of 50k per month

- The facilities are so good and supportive. They help us a lot . They are well educated and qualified from reputed institutes and perused their btech,metch and phd from IITs and even from abroad.
- The campus and college life is so good . It consists of 30+ campuses , 26 food courts , sports complex in almost every campus and gardens.
- I like the anti ragging ecosystem and relationship among seniors, juniors, freshers and faculties. We've many clubs and societies too.
Dislikes
- The placements are not upto the marks and lack in 100% placement.
- The student intake is very high and increasing day by day.
- The quality of students is not filtered as student intake is high so every category of students is present

First year consists of basic subjects like physics, chemistry, biology, maths , ed graphics, engineering lab , electrical lab , yoga , english , computer lab and many more which makes you read for engineering.
From second year , the curriculum enters to your main domain subjects which includes many including minor major subjects, projects and ppts.

From the sixth semester students are eligible for the campus placements and from second semester, we are eligible for internship. After this btech degree my plan is to go for higher studies and persuing mtech.

- faculty and study materials are very good. Courses are designed in a very good way that provides us with lots of experience and valuable insights. Teaching methods using both online and offline recourses are also worth it
- I also liked the infrastructure and ambience of the campus, it is a very green campus and all round the year the view is very good. The infrastructure is very good built and constant maintenance is done.
- The number of events and functions held in kiit is also very nice as they hold yearly fest and all occasions and festivals are celebrated with idol establishments like Saraswathi puja, Ganesh puja and many more
Dislikes
- The mess food is okayish as they provide very blank food.

Here is a review of KIIT University based on the experience of a close friend who is now an alumnus of the institute
Pros
- The institute offers a vibrant and happening campus life filled with fun activities.
- The institute gives extra attention to extracurricular activities and has a plethora of platforms through which one can pursue their passion.
- The accommodation facilities are decent and the hostel rooms are spacious. Hygiene is maintained
- The institute has excellent infrastructural facilities like a gym and swimming pool that charge money.
Cons
- KIIT fees are high and not everyone can afford it. This year the annual fees stood at ?3.5 Lakhs
- The faculty pool has average professors and very few are highly experienced.
- The institute also faces issues due to the huge batch size.
- The research culture and the lab sessions are poor and need to be worked on.
- The curfew for girls' hostels is another big concern here. The girls are expected to be inside the hostel by 7 30.
- Placements are decent considering the huge fees you have paid. There are several mass recruiters so getting placed won’t be a major problem.
In all, KIIT is a good choice if you have no financial constraints and want to live a luxurious campus life.

As far as B.Pharma placements are concerned. almost 70% of the students get placed every year. The highest salary package offered is 10 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 2 LPA. The average salary package offered is 6 LPA.
KIIT University offers good placement opportunities for all the students of the university. However, the placement package offered to B.Com students are lesser compared to other technical and management students.
