- The campus infrastructure is very good with modern classrooms, labs and along with good hostel facilities (their rules & regulations are alright to handle).
- The Faculty members are helpful and supportive along with mentors.
- The college also organizes many events and activities which help us to improve skills and social interaction.
Dislikes
- Sometimes academic schedule becomes a bit hectic and we get less free time
- Very much crowded place, lots of alcoholic and smoker (bad-things addicted people)
- Fee structure is quite high comparatively
Placement Experience:
The placement opportunities at KIIT are quite good, especially for us the CSE students.The eligibility criteria for campus placements starts from 7th semester. Many well-known companies visit the university every year like TATA Consultancy Services , Infosys, Wipro, Accenture and Capgemini.The average package offered is around 6-8 lakhs and highest package offered around per yr avg is 50-60 lakhs.The percentage of students getting placements is around 90% plus in average per yr. After completing my degree, i plan to work in software industry and gain more experience in the field of technology

- College faculties are supportive. The help us whenever needed. They guide many students in doing project work.
- College is student friendly. Semester examination are not so hard . You can easily score 9 gpa if you attend class regularly.
- College infrastructure is good . Lots of building are in construction. Huge auditorium in every campus . Great college life.
Dislikes
- I heard that very few students get on campus internships. You need to have very high cgpa (above 9.5) to get shortlisted.
- Mess food is okayish type . However on festivals they provide special menu.
- Campus is very crowded. Every type of students can be found here from toppers to smokers addicted people.
Placement Experience:
From 6th semester onwards companies visit campus and recruit students for internship. This internship season goes upto entire 7th semester. Many companies like amazon Deloitte cognizant and many other startups visited the campus.highest package was 42lpa and average package for computer science was 9 lpa. Around 70 percent student got placed.i want to get a good job in a good company.

- The university provides decent placement support with training sessions, mock interviews, aptitude preparation, and regular company visits, especially useful for average and mid-level students.
Dislikes
- The overall fees are quite high compared to many other private engineering colleges, and the annual increase in fees adds financial pressure on students from middle-class backgrounds.
- Faculty quality is inconsistent, as some professors are very knowledgeable and supportive, while others depend heavily on PPTs and lack practical or industry-oriented teaching.
- The course curriculum is sometimes too theoretical, and students need to rely on self-learning, online courses, and personal projects to gain real-world technical exposure.

Placement Experience:
Placements at KIIT University for B.Tech CSE are decent and well structured, especially for students who prepare consistently. Students become eligible for campus placements from the 7th semester, although pre placement talks training sessions and internships start from the 5th or 6th semester. The university has a centralized placement cell that coordinates training aptitude tests mock interviews and company drives.
Many reputed companies visit the campus every year including TCS Infosys Wipro Accenture Cognizant Capgemini Deloitte EY Mindtree LTI Bosch HP Amazon and a few product based startups. Mass recruiters make a large number of offers while product and service based companies offer selective roles. The average package for CSE students usually ranges between 4 to 5 LPA, while the highest package can go above 20 to 25 LPA in exceptional cases depending on the company and role such as software developer or data engineer.
Around 75 to 85 percent of CSE students get placed through campus placements. Students who remain unplaced usually pursue higher studies startups off campus jobs or competitive exam preparation. Placement success largely depends on individual effort coding skills internships and communication ability.
After completing my degree I plan to work in the software industry to gain practical experience and improve my technical skills. Alongside my job I also plan to upskill in advanced technologies and later consider higher studies or specialized roles depending on career growth.

- The campus is nice, placements are decent if you work hard then you'll get placement.
- Almost everybody gets placed by the end of 4th year .
- Lots of societies to explore interests , both technical and non technical creative ones . Seniors are also very helpful .
Dislikes
- Too much strictness in hostels especially for girls
Placement Experience:
Placements are quite good. Thats precisely why i chose this college . The highest offer last year was 52 lpa . Other than that average package is 6 to 8 lpa for cse students . Mostly all students get placed . A few companies that come for placements are Infosys, TCS , JP Morgan , Deloitte , Bookings holidays , Cognizant, Accenture .

- 75% attendance is mandatory which is sometimes tough to maintain
- because of huge campus , its a burden to reach the classes on time
- because of huge croud, we have to spend much time while ordering in canteen
Placement Experience:
Yeah, the college offers placement. You can appear in companies from 3rd year. On an average the package is 8lpa. and most of the students get placed before the course ends. Even you will get global opportunity here.

- Fees are high and ROI varies widely with role type and the outcome heavily depends on individual skill level
- Mass recruiter dominance means many offers cluster in mid tiers; top packages are rare and highly competitive
- Hostel food and some rules can be hit or miss; peak hours feel crowded, and admin clarity sometimes frustrates
Placement Experience:
Placements are strong in volume with 700+ recruiters and 5585 offers in 2024. Overall conversion is 83%. Average B Tech. package hovers near 8.5LPA, highest 53LPA. Mass recruiters dominate, top roles are selective.

Course Curriculum Overview:
The curriculum is fairly comprhensive covering core subjects in the first two years and advanced electives like AI,cloud and Data analytics later, which influenced my decision to join. It balances theory with labs and projects,preparing students for real-world applications and higher studies. Exams are held twice a semester plus finals with moderate difficulty. Improvement is needed in making some courses ore practical and updating a few outdated topics.

Placement is good average package is 8-9 lpa and above 85% student is placed last year with good package and few get less bocz of some reason. I fully do not agree on average package bcoz the fee of 4 year is about 20 lakhs including hostel and mess and other all the things

- The campus life is big with lots of hangout spots
- The teaching is good with good explaination

- The campuses are built very far away so a distance is a issue
- The network in the new cse campus is bad
- The mess food is not so great the roti is very plain

Placements start feom 7th sem with companies like wipro dell micro soft adove has came.the college also gives internship.the highest package went was 50 lacks and the average package is around 8 to 10 lakhs

- Lab work and some fets and a little bit of creativity in University non academic circumstances.
- Hostels were good for only food and resting.
- Some students interaction was good and helpful too
Dislikes
- Teachers strict habit of teaching in a fearful way.
- Not maintaining good descent security in hostel leading to fights
- Classes timings were inappropriate and seniors were the worst.
Course Curriculum Overview:
Preparation for industrial training done .A lot of improvement and implementation to be done to the course of biotechnology and the exams to be done with more gaps in between and timming better.

Here is a review of KIIT University based on the experience of a close friend who is now an alumnus of the institute
Pros
- The institute offers a vibrant and happening campus life filled with fun activities.
- The institute gives extra attention to extracurricular activities and has a plethora of platforms through which one can pursue their passion.
- The accommodation facilities are decent and the hostel rooms are spacious. Hygiene is maintained
- The institute has excellent infrastructural facilities like a gym and swimming pool that charge money.
Cons
- KIIT fees are high and not everyone can afford it. This year the annual fees stood at ?3.5 Lakhs
- The faculty pool has average professors and very few are highly experienced.
- The institute also faces issues due to the huge batch size.
- The research culture and the lab sessions are poor and need to be worked on.
- The curfew for girls' hostels is another big concern here. The girls are expected to be inside the hostel by 7 30.
- Placements are decent considering the huge fees you have paid. There are several mass recruiters so getting placed won’t be a major problem.
In all, KIIT is a good choice if you have no financial constraints and want to live a luxurious campus life.

As far as B.Pharma placements are concerned. almost 70% of the students get placed every year. The highest salary package offered is 10 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 2 LPA. The average salary package offered is 6 LPA.
KIIT University offers good placement opportunities for all the students of the university. However, the placement package offered to B.Com students are lesser compared to other technical and management students.
