Life at kiit

Year wise the fee varies , when I took admission in kiit for pursuing btech in ecs in year 2023 my course fee is 1.75L and hostel and mess fee is 70k total . Also on the time of admission the counselling fee is 75k and hostel admission fee is 15k

I'm paying around 380000 per year. Tuiton fees- 380000, Registration fees for exams ts free. No idea of management. For computer science - it's 400000 per year. Scholarship given to students under 1k rank in kiitee exam. Amount - 10k per month.

The Institution fees till 2023 1,75,000/- per semester and hostel fees for non ac is 28000+ mess fees 28500. Moreover addditional 1000 for semester registration and 1000 for exam fees. Most faculties are good and cooperative.

Scholarships: KIIT provides 2 types of scholarships based on need and merit.

Need Based: Every year 2 poor and meritorious students get a full-ride scholarship to KIIT where their tuition and hostel fees are covered.

Merit-Based: Every semester the 1st position holder gets a scholarship of Rs. 10,000 if they maintain attendance above 75%.

The tution fee is more for the branch of computer science. My tution fee for 1 semester is 175000 mess fee is 22500 and hostel fee is 75000 (premium two bedded ac). Scholarship are there for financially deprived students and rank 1-10 in kiitee. I am in first year right now.

KIIT overview

The course fees is 3.5lakhs for a year i.e. 1.75lakhs per semester. The hostel fees varies on the types of hostel is chosen. Mess fees is 22500 per semester. Semester Registration is 1000 and 1000 is for end semester exams registration. All the students who have got a rank under 1000 in KIITEEE exam gets monthly 10000 as scholarship. Stipend on the intership starts from 10000.
