The college offers extensive placement opportunities, especially in courses like BTech, BALLB, BA Hotel Management, Foreign Language, and MBA. Notable companies such as KPMG, HCL, Accenture, and ICICI are part of the campus recruitment process. Eligible students begin placements in the 7th semester, with most occurring in the final semester. Approximately 45 companies visit the campus annually, with the highest salary package reaching INR 25 LPA and the average at INR 10 LPA.

Around 70% of students secure placements. Physiotherapy students receive practical training in hospitals during their last semester. The institution offers several scholarships, including the Aajmi Scholarship, Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Scholarship, and others for top-ranking students. Additionally, students can apply for the Ministry of Minority Affairs Scholarship. The first-year fee is INR 8,000, with subsequent years costing INR 7,200. The PMSSS scholarship is available for students from Jammu and Kashmir.
