- The college has really good placements, a lot of companies offer a lot of job opportunities and the packages are quite high as well.

- The hostel facilities are not as good as expected the meal is too bad.

Placement Experience:
Students here in IIT Delhi are eligible for Intern in the 3rd year and hiring intern companies comes at the start of our 5th semester. For Placement, companies come at the end of the 7th semester. OCS handles the placement & internship drive at the campus. With over 600+ companies visiting IIT Delhi is the best college in terms of employability in India and 36th in the world.
Personally, my plan is to go into consultancy after my graduation.

I am interested in business. So iit Delhi is the best place. And mathematics and computing degrees help me in it.

From the start of 3rd-year, students are eligible for campus placements. Several companies visit the campus, and there are multiple offers made. The highest package recorded is 2 Crore, averaging around 14 lakhs. There is an 85% placement ratio.

Course Curriculum Overview:
I chose this course (Electrical Engineering) because of its hands-on laboratory work that I enjoy doing. The faculty is highly qualified from the top institutions around the globe. There are two minor exams and one major exam each semester.

On our campus, placements are great with over 30 dream packages and companies like Google, Microsoft, meta, and many more. The internships here are great as well with almost the same as many companies but the no of internships is almost half the no of placements.

How are the IIT Delhi hostel rooms?

The IIT Delhi hostel rooms are very comfortable and make you feel at home. The names of IIT Delhi hostels are based on the names of hill ranges of India- Aravali, Girnar, Himadri, Jwalamukhi, Kailash, Karakoram, Kumaon, Nilgiri, Satpura, Shivalik, Udayagiri, Vindhyachal and Zanskar. All the hostel rooms are two-seater. All the rooms are equipped with beds and almirahs. Water coolers are allowed inside the rooms during the summer season. The hostels of IIT Delhi are facilitated with a mess, washing machines, and drinking water supply on each floor. Here are some pictures of the IIT Delhi hostel rooms-
