Course Curriculum Overview

I choose this course because I wanted to pursue it because of its far-reaching scope. The ratio is 15:1. We are taught by very good teachers many of them with Ph.D. degrees from universities in Ivy Leagues. Exams are very difficult and averages are usually low.

Class Size: 1200Course Fees: INR 238000 per year

Internships Opportunities

The internships at iit delhi are great with bigs companies like Microsoft, meta, big, google, and amazon coming to our campus. But the number of people getting internships is almost half the no of people in iit getting placements.

Placement Experience

On our campus, placements are great with over 30 dream packages and companies like Google, Microsoft, meta, and many more. The internships here are great as well with almost the same as many companies but the no of internships is almost half the no of placements.

Fees and Financial Aid

There is a tuition fee waiver is there for students with a family income below 5 lakhs and also, and there are funds such as IITD student endowment funds dor meritorious students of iit based on their GPA.

Campus Life

Rendezvous is our annual cultural fest which is Asia's biggest fest - with celebs like sunidhi chauhan and benny tayal . Tryst is our tech fest There are many clubs such as dance, music, and debate.

Hostel Facilities

The facilities in the hostel are great. Each hostel has its own mess, gymnasium, badminton court, reading room , basketball court, and sports equipment. The hostel fee is 60000 which is very affordable. The environment is very green and clean.

Admission

For the course eligibility, we need to clear jee mains first and advance later. Also 75% marks in boards was necessary. Form was easily found on jossa website. Form fee is also affordable with waivers for students with economic criteria.

NIT Delhi: A Balanced Blend of Academics, Opportunities, and Campus Life

Placement Experience:

The annual placements at NIT Delhi are consistently getting better year by year where the top branches such as CSE, ECE, and IT are leading the way with their strong placement rates. Many students get hired at very attractive salaries by well-established companies like TCS, Infosys, Cognizant, Microsoft, and Amazon. For example, the CTC of the best offers have reached as high as ?15–20 LPA in some instances. The Mechanical, Civil, and Electrical branches also contribute to the university’s overall placement record to some extent. Those students usually boost the available opportunities for themselves by taking up internships and off-campus offers. Moreover, the students who fail to get a job on the campus can still benefit out of the college atmosphere where the strong basics of coding, projects, and practical skills are taught which makes the students quite employable at startups, off-campus, or even when going for higher studies like M.Tech/GATE/abroad. To sum up, NIT Delhi is a very solid foundation for the students whether they want to have a career or continue with their education.

Placement Experience:

Admission and carrier development cell is there in the college and provides good support but for average packages but for top packages only on your own self you have to grab them. One campus packages are between 3 lakhs 5 lakhs up to 10,20 lacs and highest once even up to 64 lakhs but off campus goes up to crore.

Great Placements but Campus needs improvements

Placement Experience:

After 3rd year students become eligible for campus placements. Almost 90% students gets placed. The top companies are Amazon, Apple, Microsoft, Google and Adobe. The highest package is 53 lacks and the average package is 20 lacs. I plan to become a software engineer after i complete my course or study further.

A decent college

Placement Experience:

Placements are good. Students get hired, obviously, and they get a decent package. Highest package from our college is 52 LPA. Average package is 7-8 LPA. Highest package off campus is 1.2 Cr. Per annum.
