IPU M.Tech admission 2024 is open for vacant seats based on CUET PG. The last date to submit the application form for admission to MTech (CS) and MTech (EC) courses based on CUET PG is August 08, 2024. Interested candidates can apply online on the official admission portal of IPU (ipu.admissions.nic.in) by paying an application fee of INR 2500 (Non-Refundable). Check IPU Admission 2024

Master in Technology (M.Tech) at IP University (IPU) is a UGC recognized regular Programme of 2 year duration. The University offers and M.Tech Programme in diverse areas such as Tool Engineering, Nanoscience & Technology, Robotics & Automation, ECE/ DC/ SP/ RF & M/VLSI, and Chemical engineering. Currently, IP University is running more than 60 programmes in 10 University Schools of Studies and 80 Institutes (Government as well as self-financing), imparting professional education to more than 38,000 students with an annual intake of about 12,000.

IPU M.Tech Eligibility Criteria

The essential eligibility criteria for IPU M.Tech include minimum 60% or equivalent in the qualifying examination as under:-

B.Tech. / B.E. in Computer Science/Computer Science & Engineering / Computer Engineering / Information Technology/ Electronics and Communication Engineering /Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering / Instrumentation & Control Engineering/ Electrical Engineering/Electrical & Electronics Engineering or equivalent.

Grad. IETE/ AMIE (ECE/ CSE/ IT/ EE).

M.Sc. (IT/ Electronics/ Computer Science/Informatics/ Information Science & Technology/ Physics/ Mathematics/ Statistics/ Operation Research/Applied Physics).
GATE qualified with a valid and qualified score card OR
CET qualified (for Non-GATE) candidates.
Blind (including colour blind)ess, deaf or dumb candidates shall not be eligible for admission.

IPU M.Tech Admission Criteria

The IP University M.Tech programmes Admission Process in regular mode shall be offered based on the valid GATE as well as IPU CET score. The CET is an entrance exam conducted by Indraprastha University itself. The below mentioned criteria are a prerequisite for getting shortlisted for IP University M.Tech programmes:

For regular mode IP University M.Tech Programmes, admissions would be first offered to candidates having a valid GATE score card, on the basis of merit based on GATE score.
The M.Tech merit list for GATE qualified candidates shall begin from rank 1 at IP University while the merit list for CET qualified candidates shall begin after 10000 rank.
For regular mode programmes, if seats remain vacant after the M.Tech Admissions based on GATE score, the seat would be then offered to CET qualified candidates based on IPU CET rank.
75% of the seats allocated for IPU M.Tech Programmes are reserved for candidates belonging to Delhi Region while 15% are kept reserved for the candidates outside Delhi.

IPU M.Tech Application Process

The Application fee for all M.Tech Programmes at IP University through CET is Rs.1500/- for each programme.The candidates can fill IPU CET M.Tech Application Form by following the below mentioned steps:

Open the official website of IP University
Select the exam category wished to appear in from the list given.
Enter the personal details like name, parent’s name, date of birth, gender, etc.
Upload requisite scanned images of photo, signature and thumb impression in the prescribed format.
Once all the above-mentioned details are entered, candidates will get their login id and password.
Select the exam centres. However, there will be only one exam centre available for IPU CET M.Tech 2023 admission.
Pay Rs 1200 (+bank charges) either through debit/credit cards or Net banking.
Once done, candidates will have to take a printout of the IPU CET M.Tech application form for future reference.

IPU M.Tech Counselling

Candidates shortlisted through GATE / IPU CET score need to participate in the IPU CET 2023 M.Tech counselling process. Selected applicants will have to report for the IPU CET M.Tech counselling as per the prescribed date and venue published by the admission authorities. While reporting for counselling of IPU CET M.Tech, candidates will be required to carry original academic certificates, category certificate, admit card and other requisite documents.

Scholarship is given to the gate scholars students which is 10k per month,but other than this no scholarship is provided,Iaon facility is also not offered by our college,but we can take loan from bank.

Study loans can be applied through indian bank branch within the college campus. Scholarship is available for gate qualified students. No other scholarship is there.

Master’s degree with 55% marks in aggregate in the relevant discipline is the minimum eligibility criteria for admission into PhD. Candidates are shortlisted on the basis of the score in UGC NET / CSIR NET followed by Interview and Counselling.

Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU) does not offer a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in distance mode but you can apply to other colleges such as Netaji Subhash Open University (NSOU), Xaviers Institute Of Business Management Studies, Guru Jambheshwar University of Science and Technology, etc.

Yes, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU) does offer a Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) on a full-time basis, and to be eligible, one must have passed the 12^th standard board examination in any stream from a recognized board with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks.
