Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU) or IPU admission process typically begins in the month of March or April. Candidates who wish to apply for admission to any of the programs offered by IPU can apply online on the official website of the university. IPU offers over 50 programs at the UG, PG, and Research levels. Admissions at IPU are based on Common Entrance Test (IPU CET), conducted by the university, or scores obtained in the national-level entrance examinations.

Admission to UG and PG courses will also be done through the common university entrance test (CUET), conducted by NTA. The preference will be given to IPU CET and national-level test scores for respective programs and CUET scores will be given second preference. For admission to BTech, B.Arch, B.Des, BALLB/BBALLB, and Medical courses, candidates are required to appear in the JEE Main, NATA, UCEED, CLAT UG, and NEET examinations, respectively.

For the final selection, a merit list will be based on the candidate's performance in the qualifying examination and the entrance examination conducted by the university. IPU UG Admission 2025

IPU offers various UG programs through its affiliated colleges in Arts, Science, Commerce, Engineering, Law, Management, Pharmacy, Medicine, Etc. The basic eligibility criteria for admission is to complete 10+2 from a recognised board of education. Admission to all UG programs at IPU is done on the basis of scores obtained in the entrance examination followed by counselling conducted by the university. Admission to all PG programs at IPU is done on the basis of scores obtained in the entrance examination. I chose this college due decent placement records, fee structure. I applied to jims for strong emphasis on skill development, communication traning. I couldn't secure admission in other college due to higher cut-offs and limited seats availability. I applied through the official online portal. Sharda and Galgotias I tried but their fees was 50-70% more than our college and therefore I chose this. Also, one other reason is that our college is GGSIPU under so IPU entrance is mandatory means filtered and deserving students can enter the college.

Secure and Affordable Hostel Stay at KCC

Admission:

I appeared for CUET but didn't get admission through it. Due to high cutoff,I choose KCC Institute of Legal and Higher Education because of its affordable fees structure and decent academic environment and good faculty for BCA. Other colleges had much higher annual fees, which made KCC a more budget-friendly option for me and my family. The admission process at KCC is through GGSIPU CET councelling based on 12th percentage.No seperate entrance exam needed for BCA.The cutoffs varies every year, but students with 50%+ in 12th usually get admission.

IITM School of Law provides cohesive glue for academics!!

Admission:

IPU Entrance score as I mentioned that only 180 seats and only top 1000 rankers are those who gets admission here. I got rejected from NLU Delhi and besides that i would have definitely not gone elsewhere and therefore I didn't even went for CLAT counselling as my rank was 1800 and would have got a decent NLU too.

IIMT: A roller coaster ride

Admission:

I applied to Delhi University as well as few other colleges of IP University. I even got into Delhi Institute of advanced studies (IP University) but I ended up choosing IIMT because of their location as it was closer to my house. The admission process was quite smooth with IIMT.

During the registration process you must select your category accordingly to apply for seat reservation for reserved categories. If you have submitted your application form as a general student then you will not be able to apply for seat reservation later.

As per the latest updates from the Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU) New Delhi, the registration process for the Bachelors of Education (B.Ed) is closed now for the 2022 – 2024 academic session. You can apply again next year for the course.
