Both the Universities -IPU OR AKTU are average universities so deciding which brand is better is a bit difficult. Still from basic comparison we can say that IPU is better than AKTU. Some strong points to prove this have been mentioned below:
Being Delhi based, IPU still has better management and organisation than Uttar Pradesh based AKTU.
AKTU engineering colleges are on the verge of collapse due to which students are now being admitted on the basis of donations or direct admissions. IPU does not accept donations.
Since the number of colleges under AKTU are more than that of IPU, placement factor is affected. IPU is better in this aspect than AKTU. Better opportunities and companies are offered here in comparison to AKTU.
AKTU is witnessing a decline in standards whereas IPU is a bit more stable in its placement and evaluation.
So between the two options, IPU is a better option. It has more to offer than any AKTU college can offer. But HBTI is exception as it has now separated from AKTU and it’s an excellent college.
It’s normal for you to get confused between DU and IPU. Both are well-reputed universities with high cutoffs. Choosing one of them can be made easy if you go through these differences:
Colleges: DU colleges are famous for their high cutoffs. If you have scored 97 and above you will surely get admission to an A-grade college. But anything below 97 (even a 95) will send you to a B-grade college. So it’s better to study in an A-grade college at IPU than in a B-grade college of DU.
Admission criteria: At DU, admissions are based on board exams, whereas at IPU you will have to give a CET (Common Entrance Test).
Internships: All the universities recommend internships but IPU has made it compulsory. These internships not only build your CV but might also give you full-time jobs.
Freelancing: At IPU most students prefer freelancing or part-time jobs to support their profession. The classes end early around 1 pm. Whereas in DU the timings of the classes vary a lot due to which you cannot spare time for freelancing much.
Fees: Pursuing a professional course at IPU will cost you more than that at DU. This is because of its excellent infrastructure and facilities.
Specialisation: DU is well known for its theoretical subjects like English, History, and Geography. Whereas IPU specializes in vocational courses like B. Tech, Journalism and Mass Communication, BBA, BCA, and MBA.
These points stand to prove that IPU is a better option if you are pursuing a professional course.
Choose MSIT if you want to prioritize degree value over cost. Otherwise, go with SRM. MSIT CSE placements are excellent, but if you live in a politically neutral environment with large campuses, consider SRM, Chennai.
Technical societies, such as IEEE, are very active, and if you are fortunate enough to be a part of them, it is better for you in terms of placement and 'knowledge building.
If you are serious about expanding your knowledge, there are a few amazing teachers as well as seniors who can assist and guide you. It is entirely up to you to make the most of the available opportunities.
Yes, you are eligible for BCA at IP University. According to the admission prerequisites, students need a score of 50% in 10+2 in order to get admission to the institute. You should have completed your 10+2 from a recognized board. The final selection for IP University BCA is based on 10+2 score or CET score. Taking CET isn’t compulsory for admission.

The placement in my college for my course BBA pretty good. The college is also Offers internship opportunities. We can expect an average package of around 3 to 4 lakhs per annum for BBA. The students become eligible for campus placements from fourth semester onward. Some of the companies that have visited our colleges include KPMG Deloitte. The education tree, the highest package that someone got from our college was of around 60 lakhs and the profile offered to him was in finance. The percentage of students getting placements are around 8290%. My plans after getting this degree includes to do a post graduation in the fields of business only and then get

The faculty to student ratio is 6:60.The faculty to student relationship is pretty good. Its formal but the faculties are nice and incase of doubts one can message them. Our class coordinator is pretty supportive and she helps the students alot. Some of the faculties i liked are Dr. Ekta Dargan ma'am. She teaches really well and makes hard concepts easy. Shes quite approachable too. Dr. Shipee also teaches pretty well and i like her because her classes are pretty interactive and intersting. Instead of boring ppt reading she actually explaind the concept pretty well. There is no such specific faculty that i dont like but yes our HOD Dr.Manoj Verma is pretty strict however he teachers pretty well. The college holds one internal examination along with 2 assignment submission per subject. Internals are of 40 marks and then the university conducts externals which are of 60 marks.Difficulty level of exams id moderate. 1 out 15 students fail to clear these exams. The course curriculum is pretty old and traditional. Its relevant but a lot of theory is there

The overall experience of my college is pretty good as my college is pretty chill in attendance and hence you can just maintain 40% attendance while doing your internships or other things like other side courses. The campus life is also very great as the campus is quite big and you can roam around the campus. However, the location of my college is pretty bad so you do not have anything near the college to go to and hang out too, but the campus and itself is pretty big and you can just be there in the campus and enjoy your campus life. They are the first scene is like colleges have several society fest and one annual fest and the fest are amazing

The Hostel facility provided by the College is decent and covers all basic need of students. Rooms are furnished with a bad table and mirror facilities like geyser, washing machine, Wi-Fi, internet connection and proper electricity and water supplier are available, which may host live comfortable. Overall room facilities are sufficient for daily needs. Food is generally good compared to many other hostels. The menu is simple but nutrition and food is prepared keeping student preferences and the Mess managed by student, the quality and high in our environment and issues result quickly. The Hostel registration process is more than usually done at the time of admission priorities given to student, whose home offer from the college and a list of proper ka accordingly. The Hostel is a affordable for student for student living outside. The locality is descendants, and PG are easily available near the College at reasonable rent.
