NSUT - a rollercoaster journey

Dislikes

The GPA given to students are pretty low if compared to similar colleges.

Fees and Financial Aid:

Tuition fees have increased exponentially in the last years which is making it hard for students to avail of college. Also, the scholarships are only available for reserved categories. For general people, there is no such scheme. I paid almost 2.5 lakh per year which makes it very hard for various people.

Fee structure of our university is 2lac to 2lac 50 thousands approx every year and scholarship available for our 2021-2025 batch is in first year or 2nd year not come to fill any form . total cost of education is 8lac and 50thousands ,maximum of the students take loan for their studies.

Fees for the first year are 1.65 lacs and keep on increasing at the rate of 10% annually, which is roughly around 7.5 lakh. Scholarships are available for ST SC students and govt scholarships are also there for OBC

NSUT in beif

The fee structure per year is around 2 lakhs it increases by 10% annually I think. you can get e distinct scholarship as well based on your family income offered by the Delhi govt. Job offers are good if you work hard you can easily crack the 8+ lakh package.

High fees which is increasing by 10% every year

The fee is expensive though. And increasing by 10 percent every year. But there are a lot of scholarship available. You can visit the college site to avail them. There are also scholarship for academically bright students.

WHY NSUT?

We pay around 2L for the entire year i.e two semesters, which I think is pretty decent considering the opportunities and the amenities we get. we have multiple scholarships which students can avail of as well.

outdated syllabus

yes NSUT is a bit expensive, despite being a government university, its fees are slightly on the higher side as compared to other universities in Delhi, for example, DU and IPU. On average annual fee is nearly 2.25 lacs. Although there are various scholarships run by Govt, through which students get some amount or sometimes the full amount of tuition fees back afterwards. The stats of on-campus speaks loud about the placements of nsut students.
