I have a keen interest in the mechanical domain..and automation Faculty-student ratio is good Teachers are assistant professor The curriculum is set at the starting of the academic year and everything goes on with the timetable

Internships Opportunities

Internship opportunities are the majority for the software development role. Like Google Microsoft Adobe etc. They work as a graduate engineer trainees. They were giving training for their jobs before giving full-time role

Placement Experience

From 6 semester company started its placement sessions. It is one offer for one student The highest package is 67 lakh for Software engineers. The percentage is 75% of the total number of students sitting in placement. I will join my job

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees for the first year are 1.65 lacs and keep on increasing at the rate of 10% annually, which is roughly around 7.5 lakh. Scholarships are available for ST SC students and govt scholarships are also there for OBC

Campus Life

The annual fest is moksha which is conducted Around March every year. Everything is there in the library you can issue Classroom is okay You can take part in extracurricular activities easily. There are many societies for different activities

Admission

Admission in the NSUT is based on JEE MAINS rank, it's under tha JAC , don't forget to fill JAC form, it has reserved seat of 85% for Delhi students and reservation for ST SC OBC non creamy layer are also there

From 6th-7th semester students become eligible for campus placement The placement process starts in July August of the 4th year and continues until March pril Students can apply for internships from the 3rd year, and many companies offer PPO (Pre-Placement Offers) based on internships Some of the top recruiters include Google Microsoft Amazon Adobe Atlassian Apple Deloitte Goldman Sachs Samsung Salesforce Bain & Company Flipkart Myntra (I copy pasted this from college official pdf and from website) Highest is 85+ lpa i guess according to dtu website and some seniors also told me that Overall average package is 15-18 LPA for btech Common roles offered include Software Development Engineer (SDE) Data Scientist -Data Analyst Product Engineer Business Analyst My plans after getting degree is --getting a core placement in oil refinery or oil rig

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course Curriculum for ECE in my clg is quite up to date and comprehensive, covering both core subjects and emerging areas of technology, which was a major factor in my decision to choose this branch. Course has a balanced theory with practical exposure, supported by great faculties guidance and well-maintained lab conditions. Also you get to choose the type of minor or specilaization you want to pursue after 1st year. Exams are conducted regularly after each semester, and levels are same as any engineering college would have.

Summary of IIT-D

Placement Experience:

The placements are in good terms, many students get a placement with nice package. Students become eligible for campus placements from 3rd Semester. TCS made about 7 offers as far as I know. One can expect the highest package of 2.5crore and an average of 200000. About 80% of students gets placement because of the skills they learned wheres the rest 20% are only at college to do mischievous acts. After getting the degree, I will find a job and then after enough capital I will start my own startup.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The frequency of the exams is 2 times a year once in the month of December and once in the month of May. Internal exams (tests) are conducted in between to continuously evaluate you during the course. According to me, the exam should be conducted before itself, so that we can get more time for internship opportunities.

This college has a great placement. 80% of students do place every year. If you got no placement then they will give you the opportunity to start the startup. starting the 4th year you get the placement and opportunities. this college visits many companies like Amazon HCL Flipkart etc. this college's highest package is 26 LPA and the average package is 10.5 LPA. 80% of students get placed. my plan is after taking the degree I will start my startup.

Nsut college life

NSUT review 2024 intake

this wasa my top priority as its just 25 mins away from my home,and also cuz its one of the most reputed college in delhi for branches like CSE, IT and ECE. while comparing NSUT with DTU, both have similar reputation in delhi and strong alumni network. but DTU's campus is slightly bigger than NSUT, whereas NSUT is sometimes perceived as slightly more academically rigorous in certain branches....Read More
