Campus is really lovely and in winters there are flowers beds all over the campus
Cleanliness of campus and canteen area .
Faculties are really helpful even during exams for extra classes in online mode

Dislikes

Parking area is really far from lecture halls
No specific lab is provided for Msc course
Lift is only allowed for faculties and not students

I chose physics as my interest lies in studies of physics as for the faculty there are 2 campuses for NSUT so there are a lot of faculties each class has a fair gender ratio and faculties are highly qualified in NSUT they take a mid-semester exams and an end semester exam an internal assessment between these exams.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 36800 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees are 36800 for the first year and 42000 for the second year MS Physics scholarships are provided frequently for students They provide financial aid for the less fortunate and have a specified division for placements.

Campus Life

Life on campus can be described as cheerful and pleasing students are friendly there are 2 annual fests namely Resonance and Moksha there is a 2 floor library with a lot of seating areas and books are nearly always provided smart classes with fully AC lecture halls there are many social group and societies for students to participate.

Admission

For Netaji Subhash University of Technology, I took an entrance exam for a master's degree for which the application form can be found on their website the application cost was 1500 rupees and the exam was held in August.

Placement Experience:

Internships are offered after sem 1. And placement scenario is good, with good packages. Big companies like JP MORGAN, HCL, FIITJEE, GOOGLE, TCS, IPAC, etc. highest package for our course was 37 lakhs/ annum. And minimum was 11 lakh. More than 80% gets placed. My plan is to pursue PhD

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would say the course curriculum is not that light, it requires to be taken seriously throughout. Had done BSc in mathematics so automatically reflex was to pursue a master's in the same subject, that's why opted for it in the first place. But later realized we can do a lot more things with the same course apart from carrying on a Ph.D.

Remarks:

No one can get bored here. Academics are top class. Apart from studies, sports facilities are at their best as well. From indoor to outdoor activities, you are never going to have any complaints regarding these.

Overview of Jamia Milia Islamia (Central University)

Remarks:

Overall the university is good as it's central university and said so the fee is also bearable for financially deprived students. Faculty is good who teach you about subject with focus. The infrastructure is pretty good like ghalib park , tagore auditorium, art gallery etc. One of the biggest library is in jamia.

I only chose this because i always heard allot about IHM Pusa. After after getting in there i realized its all bullshit. Problem is college is good but the 90% of faculties are corrupt & mean they are only selling education system nothing else.

NSUT review 2024 intake

this wasa my top priority as its just 25 mins away from my home,and also cuz its one of the most reputed college in delhi for branches like CSE, IT and ECE. while comparing NSUT with DTU, both have similar reputation in delhi and strong alumni network. but DTU's campus is slightly bigger than NSUT, whereas NSUT is sometimes perceived as slightly more academically rigorous in certain branches....Read More

NSUT- A rollercoaster but definitely must have experience.

The main reason for joining this college was proximity from my home. Another option was DTU but it had a 2 hour journey from my home whearas NSUT had 1 hour journey. Both colleges are almost same and placements are also almost same. If someone is choosing between these colleges then distance should be a major factor.
