Course Curriculum Overview
The BTECH in Manufacturing Process and Automation Course curriculum at the Netaji Subash University of Technology, Delhi is comprehensive and up-to-date, covering various aspects of mechanical concepts, automation and the study of materials. The faculty members are highly qualified and experienced, using various teaching methods to make learning interactive and engaging. I chose this course due to my interest in the field of automation engineering.
Placement Experience
From the 7th sem, students become eligible for campus placements, and companies from various sectors visit the campus to recruit students for various profiles. Some of the top recruiters who visit the campus include Microsoft, Amazon, Google, IBM, Infosys, TCS, Wipro, HCL, and many others. In the last placement season, the university witnessed a 100% placement record, with more than 150 companies visiting the campus and making over 600 offers.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee structure for BTECH in Manufacturing Processes with specialization in Automation Engineering at Netaji Subhas of Technology, Delhi is reasonable and is subject to revision by the university from time to time. The university has a well-stocked library that is open to students throughout the week and provides a peaceful and conducive environment for studying. The classrooms, labs and workshops at NSUT are well-equipped and have modern amenities, provides various sports and extracurricular activities for students, including football, basketball, badminton, and cricket and the university has a dedicated sports complex.
Admission
The admission process for BTECH at the Netaji Subash University of Technology was quite smooth and streamlined. I had to appear for the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main, which is a national-level entrance exam for engineering courses in India. The application process for JEE Main was online. After the JEE Main result was announced, I had to apply separately for NSUT through the university's official website. The application form was also available online. The cutoff for admission to NSUT varies every year and is determined based on various factors like the number of applicants, the difficulty level of the exam, and the availability of seats.
