College Experience at SGGSCC,DU

The course BBE is offered by the college and it is the best college for the same in DU. To be a part of this, one needs to give DUJAT exam and on rankings, you are allotted a seat if you pass the eligibility criteria. The admission portal of DU automatically allocates the college according to your rank and the list of preferences you gave in the beginning. The process was quite smooth.

This is a professional course and gives practical as well as theoretical knowledge. The faculty is good enough for the course and teachers are available for any doubt clearing sessions. There are semester-wise exams and I have given 3 of them in OBE mode so they were fairly easy to score. Now in the offline scenario, if you study well, you can score.

The internship Fair is conducted every year by the Placement Cell of the college wherein more than 50 companies come for internships. Some notable ones are College Dunia, Travclan, Tresvista, Scaler, CredFlow, Decathlon, Chegg, etc.

Campus placements start at the beginning of the 3rd year. Many distinguished companies come to offer job opportunities brought by the placement cell and offer good packages for undergraduates. I wish to pursue a master's post graduation.

The fees at DU are comparatively lower than all other private colleges. However, being a professional course, the fees for BBE is much higher than other courses like Bcom Hons. The fee is 44000 per year.

Due to Covid no experience of fests and annual days. Now after college reopened there's hope to experience more. The library has readily available books for students to issue or study. The ACS is installed. Many sports activities like cricket football basketball etc are available along with a shooting range. There are numerous college societies run by students and all of them are extremely good.
