Sri Aurobindo College - A place of Habituation

Fees and Financial Aid:

I paid around 11000 for my course and fees varies according to the course also. Some courses may have high fees than the others but some will have low fees depending upon the course. Maybe the Sc and St have low fees but as it is government college and purely based under the Delhi University the fees is low only compared to other private institutions. If anyone is financially unstable Delhi University runs a program for economic help and after submitting some documents children can benefit from it who can't afford the college. There's no other charges other than the admission fees and course charge. You just have to pay one time for a year and that's it. No additional charges for any type of joining in society and any fest. The fee is increasing every year and there are demands going on to reduce it so maybe in the coming years it will be reduced hopefully.

A brief about enrollment and life in a college of UoD

Dislikes

Initial days of semesters are confusing for students as not much details are provided by the staff.
VAC,SEC,AEC courses that only increases the burdon of study.

Fees and Financial Aid:

- UoD is a central affiliated university that offers courses with a minimal amount of fee structure , mine is Rs 8000 (eight thousand INR) year wise consisting of 2 Semesters. -Approximately 45,000 INR , that is an aggregate amount of tuition fees, examination form fees. -Socities are there that offers internship, otherwise college provides internship facilities in 5th and 6th semester.

The fees of our batch were 6880 per annum, there was scholarship such as national scholarships, talking about jobs and internships I would say that we did not get any opportunity like that in our department, jobs, and internships were majorly available in commerce and science-related courses not in ours.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I really think that my department puts in great efforts. I'm satisfied with my teachers. We attend special seminars for better understanding and exposure. Some clarity on the kind of books and questions in the exams would help anyway.
