Placement Experience:

The placement cell does a wonderful job by providing ample of internship opportunities with companies like UdyamGyan which offers live projects and job opportunities. Not only this it plays a pivotal role in getting students placed in companies like McKinsey, Deloitte, EY etc.

Remarks:

I had a passion for political science and opted for the best colleges that can cater my needs. I also wanted to move outside my comfort zone and hence I decided to join this college. One year of college life has immensely influenced me.

Placement Experience:

From the 2nd year students are eligible for the placement. The companies like Deloitte, American express, byju's visited and provide 25-30 number of offers on an average made. The A grade company provides highest package like Rs.1,50,000 and more and B grade company provides average package according to skill. Skills matter more then percentage but students have to score better in the respective subject which is required for the placement. I'll pursue MBA after my graduation.

Remarks:

In terms of comparision of campus life since Lsr lies at south campus in south delhi even the basic student facilities like salons to pgs can be expensive as compared to delhi university's North campus. Also, Lsr follows a very strict policy of assignment submission.Attendance is v.strict and sometimes even honest reasons don't seem to convince the professors enough. All in all, there will always be even from my personal opinion a very fierce competition from every girl (any department)So, choosing the right friend over another is like walking on cracked eggshells.Managing societies and at same time meeting professors expectations could be very exhausting. All in all, it provides a huge dynamic process from the first day till the last day of college which makes differentiate between right and wrong and independent formation of a woman.

Remarks:

LSR is actually a great college. There is some internal politics at play in the college but that's the case with every DU college. You get to learn so much, so many talented people surround you. It pushes you to be the best version of yourself.

Remarks:

The college, besides being known for liberal arts, is a good learning space. The debating culture and encouragement for extra curricular activities is amazing. It provides a space to voice out your opinions and provides many opportunities too. I chose this course because I liked both political science and economics equally, and wanted to study them as core courses.

Delhi University has the top colleges for Arts. Being an Arts student it's obvious that I wanna get into a good college so that I can do my Master's in better universities. My college 'Lady Shri Ram' is ranked second in this year 2020(NIRF Ranking). That's the reason I choose to go to DU.

It was a gut feeling, when it comes to choosing colleges always think about what you feel from within because your gut will always know which way to go. I was going to study abroad but here I am. So just give yourself a go.
