VIT Pune is an autonomous institute. It has its course curriculum different from the board. It focuses on the important aspects which are going to be helpful for the final year and placements. During our time the college was successful in inviting more than 100+ companies for the placement process. Accenture, Infosys, Mercedes Benz, Mu Sigma Business Solution, Tata Technologies Solutions, Thermax, Deloitte, Cognizant etc are the names of some of the companies that have participated in the college placement drive.

The faculty members are well educated and have a 'minimum' experience of 1 to 1.5yrs. Every teacher is skilled in their particular fields and is a joy to get educated in such a harmonic way. There are at least 4 teachers for a particular subject, each teaching miraculously better than the other. Also, talking about the course, I chose BTEC cause it excites me to know more about the future that lies within human hands, and studying with such a faculty adds all to it! Talking about the exams, they are well-timed and spread throughout the year. There's a certain pressure, which is of course a good thing to go with and the paper pattern is balanced. The paper isn't that difficult; if you study. A good way to learn. Even the projects in themselves teach us in every way.

One of the best colleges for engineering in pune. It is the the best college for which i could get admission. There are other good colleges like PICT but this college is as good as any college in this category.
