The reason being it is an autonomous college and recemmonded by my teachers from high school. It also has a good placement history and a very silent and positive vibe. The campus is really large and some of my seniors were here

This is Government college which is famous in Maharashtra for it's placement so i chose this. But first preference was coep which i didn't get due to some less marks. So second one was this college i get this college in spot round.
I choose this college because it really has good placement opportunities.and also it is near to my hometown that's why i applied to it.Walchand college of Enginerring sangli is maharashtra's top 3rd college.

I applied to VJTI, COEP but I was not getting the branch I desired. I chose this college over others was because firstly it was in top 3 in Maharashtra, it has a vibrant culture, and the seniors who have passed out have landing in their dream companies, also I wanted a government college. You have to give MHT-CET exam and score well, based on your score you have to apply to college through CAP round, if you are accepted here, you have to come here and get your admission done in 2 -3 days otherwise your application will be rejected. During my year cutoff ofr electronics branch was 97.5 percentile.
i chose this college because i was not able to chose VJTI or COEP. if id had those options id have gone to that college, as they have better placement stats that this college. but i am not saying that this is a bad college definetely it is a good college

Majority of admissions are through mht-cet. You need to pass 12th boards and appear for this exam. The applications are available online. The exams are held once every year. Other way to get admission is through direct second year. For that you need to pass Diploma in the respective stream.
You need 90 percentile above in cet of you are from Maharashtra and in JEE mains you need 85 percentiles and also if you are by any reservation you need less than above information and also you can get good branches
