PVGCOET Admission Process 2025

PVGCOET specializes in the field of Engineering. Lateral Entry admission is also available in the B.E. program. The PVGCOET Admission Process is:

• The candidates applying for MHT-CET must have passed class 12th examination or equivalent in Science stream with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM) as compulsory subjects.
• The admissions to first year and second year of B.E are usually conducted in the month of July.
• The candidates are called for counselling and document verification based on the merit. The candidates are advised to register online for counselling with respect to the college and branch choices within the stipulated time.
• For Lateral Entry, the candidates should have passed Diploma Course in Engineering or Technology in appropriate branch or B.Sc. degree from a recognized university with Mathematics as the main subject at 10+2 level.
• 15% of the B.E admissions are conducted under All India Quota on the basis of JEE Main. If seats remain vacant under AIQ then the same will be filled through MHT-CET.
• The application forms are available in online mode. The cost of application form is INR 600 for General and J&K candidates and INR 600 for all other reserved categories. candidates. The application fee can be paid using Credit Card, Debit Card or Net Banking.
• For the M.E program, the candidates should have a valid GATE score.
• The M.Tech admissions are held in the month of August every year.
• Candidates applying for the M.Tech program, must have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• The cost of application form for the M.E course is INR 1000 for General category and INR 800 for Reserved categories candidates.

Documents Required

• 10th Certificate and Mark Sheet: Proof of completion of secondary education.
• 12th Certificate and Mark Sheet: Proof of completion of higher secondary education.
• Transfer Certificate: Issued by the previous school/college.
• Migration Certificate: For students from boards other than the state board (e.g., CBSE, ICSE).
• Rank Card/Admit Card: For the entrance exam (MHT-CET or JEE Main for B.E., GATE for M.E.).
• Aadhaar Card: Proof of identity.
• Domicile Certificate: Proof of residence.
• Caste Certificate: For students belonging to reserved categories (if applicable).
• Caste Validity Certificate: For students belonging to reserved categories (if applicable).
• EWS Certificate: For students belonging to the Economically Weaker Section (if applicable).
• Family Income Certificate: Issued by the Tahasil Office.
• Passport-sized and Stamp-sized Photographs:
• Conduct Certificate: From the previous institution.
