PVGCOET Admission Process 2025

PVGCOET specializes in the field of Engineering. Lateral Entry admission is also available in the B.E. program. The admission process is:

The candidates applying for MHT-CET must have passed class 12th examination or equivalent in Science stream with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM) as compulsory subjects.
The admissions to first year and second year of B.E are usually conducted in the month of July.
The candidates are called for counselling and document verification based on the merit. The candidates are advised to register online for counselling with respect to the college and branch choices within the stipulated time.
For Lateral Entry, the candidates should have passed Diploma Course in Engineering or Technology in appropriate branch or B.Sc. degree from a recognized university with Mathematics as the main subject at 10+2 level.
15% of the B.E admissions are conducted under All India Quota on the basis of JEE Main. If seats remain vacant under AIQ then the same will be filled through MHT-CET.
The application forms are available in online mode. The cost of application form is INR 600 for General and J&K candidates and INR 600 for all other reserved categories. candidates. The application fee can be paid using Credit Card, Debit Card or Net Banking.
For the M.E program, the candidates should have a valid GATE score.

I chose this college because this college is very reputed in Pune for engineering specially electrical engineering. Admission process - You should apply through CAP process to get admission in this college. MHTCET + JEE, both scores can get you admitted in this college as there is also an all India quota. After the CAP processes are completed, you can also attend it's spot round as they are also conducted in a very systematic manner. Why this college over others? To be honest I have also visited few college's spot round to check how are the processes going, but then I realised that only PVG's spot round are conducted in proper manner and that too in an auditorium.
