Remarks:

The excellent academics offered here is the most important factor. The faculty and the education offered by them is unmatched. The alumni network of this college is also great and reputed. The infrastructure is a cherry on top. It offers facilities for various sports,(most famous for archery). The ac equipped library offers wide range of books for a book lover like me. The canteen, oops, tha cafeteria;) is the best place to hangout. There's also a place called the LOVER'S POINT in our college where students relax and chill after classes. I would say that HANSRAJ COLLEGE is an experience in itself. You should definitely consider it as an option. It offers wide range of opportunities in the form of societies (very active) in almost every field. Further, it has been awarded an A++ grade by NAAC and an NIRF RANK 9 which makes it more attractive and desirable:)

I made to the Hansraj College of Delhi University. Admission Dates were from 10 Oct,2020 to 9 Dec, 2020. Admission Process was fully online. It starts from applying for the admission at the portal of Delhi University and then the documents were verified in 3 stages: by Admission Committee, by Convener and by Principal and the payment link was given after verification of documents through which we can made the payment. I used the websites of www.shiksha.com and www.collegedunia.com while selecting the college.

Remarks:

The Hansraj college is one of the most premier institution of India. The faculty of the college is edutaining. The teachers are very friendly and supportive. The campus is lush green. The major factor that led me to choose the college is it's existence in the north campus. The north campus of Delhi University has a lot of exposure and opportunities. The opportunities provided here helps the students to find there dream and vision. The process for the admission is fairly simple. Students need to register themselves under the portal of Delhi University. As the colleges releases the cut off students who are eligible can opt for the college they wish to join. The alumni base of college is extra-ordinary and diversified. The crowd of the college is really good. U can find out the like minded people and visionaries around. The college has a great opportunities.

Hansraj - Perfect place to study and enjoy

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for placements in their final year i.e. 5th semester onwards. A lot of companies offer placement including, deloitte, EY, JP Morgan, DE Shaw, Bain etc offering highest package of 29LPA at an average package of 5LPA. For Bcom, the placement percentage is around 20%-30% as most of the students opt for further studies either in form of CA or post graduation. Since I was pursuing CA, I got my dream articleship from my college placements in a Big 4 at a stipend of ?1,80,000 per annum.

Well life at hansraj is kind of similar to the life you would have imagined while watching Student Of The Year movie. You can see people dancing in one corner and fashionistas flaunting their heels in another one. You can see nerds sitting in lawns, discussing the topics taught in class and there can be carefree ground just sitting at LP( hanging spot), talking random shits, and checking out cute girls.

One of my friends graduated with a B.A Economics (H) from Hansraj last year. So, I think I can answer your question.

Here are some of the best things about the institute.

This college has an ‘old world’ feel. The infrastructure of the college is great.
The fee structure is affordable as compared to other private colleges.
It has some incredible graduates, including Shahrukh Khan, Ranvijay, and Anurag Kashyap. The list is really long.
Amazing crowd, the individuals here are both fun and hardworking at the same time. Admission is based on merit in qualifying examinations.
Some of our professors are truly amazing, you will not find such professors at other colleges, even SRCC.
There are many societies to explore like dramatics, photography society, and fine arts society, etc.
The hostel was my friend’s home for three years, and there is simply no better place to stay when studying at Hansraj. However, it doesn’t have a girls’ hostel.
North Campus has the best college location.

You will not regret choosing the institute.
