Vansh's Review On Hansraj College - [HRC], New Delhi

First things on my mind was to pursue major in Economics because of my deep interest in the same and from this aim the need of best faculty and opportunity arrises to pursue the particular topic and that is what my college is providing me. This year Hansraj College is on 3rd place in NIRF ranking. So in brief: Faculty, Societies and Placement factors attracts me to my college.

My is opinion is quite positive towards my college because the course I am pursuing i.e. BA (Honours) Economics is one of the best course and hansraj college is providing me the required knowledge to the subject also my course syllabus is always upto date and it should be because it's Economics and this world is dynamic. And yes we were provided enough industrial exposure through our college internship portal and we are having reowned companies on our internship portal and huge opportunity to learn as much we can.

There are many companies which come to our college for placements. Some of them are BCN, PwC, Willies Watson Towers, Zomato, Delottie, P&G and many more. Placement process is very easy we need to log in on our placement portal where these job opportunities comes and then we have to apply through that portal according to our interests. After that there is pre placement talks in which we got to know about the job profile and company. Then the selection process starts which differs according to companies. Sharukh khan is the notable alumni of our college.

My college is very happening usually and even in this corona phase we're having number of events in our college virtually. We had so many webinars on different topics which is related to different aspects of the current situation, various societies of my college are organising different kinds of events i.e. Poster making Competition, Donations Drive, Sports tournaments etc. These events are inter-college and intra-college as well that's why we're having huge amount of participation from different colleges.
