IIM Ranchi witnesses 100% placements. Big brands come for selections like Amazon, Godrej, Flipkart, KPMG, Deloitte. For the 18-20 final placements, the highest package for MBA - HR 26.5 LPA, and the average was 14.55 LPA. For MBA, it was 22.37 LPA and the average was 15.11 LPA.

The placements are really good. IIM Ranchi has the best placement record across all new IIMs. For more details, you can refer to the placement report available on the official website. The placements for MBA and MBA HRM batches are different. The highest package is 26LPA and the average is 14LPA. 100% of the students get placement from the campus.

It is one of the fastest growing new iims. It has very good placement record. Average package is near 15 lacs per annum more than other new iims. Placement is always one of the major component while deciding college.

IIM Ranchi is one of the best B-schools in India. It is best in new IIMs. Fee structure is quite acceptable comparing to others. Also, the placements is one of the luring factor. IIM tag is also there when I was choosing for Business School.

Comparatively better than other new IIMs. Better industry associations and also the faculty at IIM Ranchi. The location is suitable due to good weather. Also looking at past placement reports show great return on investment if chosen to take admission in the college.

IIM Ranchi holds a position among the top 20 b-schools of the country as per the rankings of various forums like NIRF rankings, InsideIIM, T.I.M.E B-school Categorization, etc. The average placement for the 2018-20 batch stood at 15.11 LPA. The top 10% & 25% bagged an average placement of 19.79 & 18.54 LPA respectively. Apart from these factors - IIM Ranchi has eminent faculty members and a strong alumni base.

During the MBA placements season at IIM Ranchi in 2022, the highest and average packages offered were INR 42 LPA and INR 16.62 LPA, respectively. A total of 77 companies visited the campus for recruitment, with 21 specifically visiting for MBA HR placements. The highest and average packages offered during MBA HR placements were INR 32.21 LPA and INR 15.63 LPA, respectively.
Top recruiters included Amazon, Ernst & Young, JP Morgan Chase & Co, Thomson Reuters, KPMG, IBM, Deloitte, Flipkart, PeopleStrong, Sony Pictures, Samsung, Aditya Birla Group, L&T, GAIL, ONGC, Michael Page, Cadila Pharmaceuticals. The top sectors for recruitment were finance, operations, strategy and consulting, IT analytics, sales, and marketing.
